Luckily, Best Buy has a huge selection of toys and games for everyone, so whether you’re one or 100 you can relive a bit of that childhood magic. What’s more, we’re running our annual toy contest! Sphero, Anki, and Oculus make learning magical

There is a huge range of STEM and robotics toys available these days, and the best part is, they’re so much fun to use that kids will enjoy learning.

Sphero creates toys like the BOLT robotic ball to teach kids coding through a block-based visual language. Using the Sphero Edu app, you can control the Bolt’s movement and speed, as well as the colour and brightness of the built-in LED lights. (My personal favourites were Fizzgig from Jim Henson’s The Dark Crystal and Pegasus from Disney’s Hercules). On of the hottest toys this year are the Fingerlings Hugs by WowWee. These lovable, interactive critters can say and do over 40 things, and have extra long arms for hugging and hanging around. Hatchimals too, offer children a chance to have their own animal companion.   34. The toy the would bring our house the most joy would be the “lego harry potter hogwarts great hall”. I have 4 kids, since my diagnosis of a rare neuro condition in oct 2016 it has changed things forever. I cant do alot of what most parents take for granted. I will also never work again, as a single mom it has taken alot of joy out of family life. Sitting building lego is worlds of fun! A great activity im able to do and we enjoy doing. It is costly though There are so many toys and fun things, but this is one thing we can all enjoy! They ALL love harry potter and lego!!!! Most of all i love when i can see them smile ☺

  37. I always wanted a personal robot when they first came out when I was a kid back in 198(“muffle”). When I saw the new Anki robots it brought me back in time and I would love to get one for our family to share the magic of robots as well as teach our daughter valuable coding skills, and relive my youth a little!
