Star Wars toys keep getting better with each new movie. Two years ago, when “The Force Awakens” introduced the cute droid BB-8, Sphero introduced their incredibly accurate working version of the droid. Star Wars toys are an integral aspect of the experience: many of us grew up playing with them. So with a new movie arriving this year, Best Buy will help ensure this tradition continues by giving away almost $4000 worth of Star Wars toys in this contest! Star Wars toys are not just for kids

Star Wars toys were always the coolest thing around. When we were kids they were cool, and nothing has change: kids today still love them. Interestingly, adults still love them too. They are not just for collectors either. I’ve met many adults who either still have Star Wars toys from when they were a kid, or ones they’ve acquired more recently.

I have a shiny silver Millennium Falcon that I think is great. It sits next to my computer at Best Buy’s head office. I used to have this massive tie fighter (shown in the image on the right) at my desk too. Unfortunately, our office was recently rearranged and it had to be moved. If I was to choose one of the newest toys as a replacement it would definitely be the Propel Speeder Bike Drone shown in the image at the top.

  7. My favorite one has two good old SPHERO STAR WARS R2-D2 APP-ENABLED DROID. One of my favorite characters when I was a kid and it looks amazing all the interaction you can have with him.

  8. Either prize A or B is amazing. It’s hard to choose just one! We are a family who does community events with other people and we all dress up as characters from Star Wars. We have Stormtroopers, “Old Luke” , Obi Wan Kenobi, Padme, Leia , Rey, Darth Vader , Siths, Darth Maladi, and others from all the movies. This amazing group of people give back to the community by attending charity events and putting smiles on children’s faces. They also raise money for groups like Make a Wish. These big kid toys would add to the experience BB8 would also help to raise more money for children. That’s what it is all about, helping kids be kids.

  9. Sphero Star Wars R2-D2 App-Enabled Droid would be awesome. Not only would it be like having my very own driod, but it’s R2 (best character in the series).

  10. My favorite would be the R2-D2 Sphero droid. It looks so real and it would be awesome to have my own R2-D2 with all those features to play around with! Also want to use the Watch with me feature to watch the movies with R2!!

  11. I LOVE the Sphero BB-9E!!!! Sphero toys are the coolest! I wanted the BB-8 one last year for Christmas for myself, but bought one for my nephews & was declared BEST AUNT EVER!!! I would freaking love to win this prize package for my own kids as we all LOVE Star Wars <3

  15. The sphero star wars R2-D2 app enabled droid is my favorite. I have always loved R2D2 for as long as I can remember. I love the sounds he makes for his emotions.

  28. I would say I would love to play with the UB tech stormtrooper. Who wouldn’t want a little storm trooper patrolling the house? You know they aren’t going to damage the furniture or anything; it’s a stormtrooper they can’t hit anything. Plus I could walk around my house in my Darth vader robe, order it about and practice my force chokes on it.

  30. WOW some may great toys.. it was hard to pick just one… but I think I will go with “UBTECH Star Wars Stormtrooper Robot” as my favorite. Why is it my favorite right now.. well don’t laugh.. but I must befriend it for when the evil robots take over it was save me from them due to being his friend.. lol. and he just looks friggen AWESOME!!!. it would be fun to see how my cat would react to him too. ^.^

  38. My favourite prize (and yes, it was very difficult to choose!!), is the Sphero r2-d2 app enabled droid because my little one is so into spheros right now and is a major Star Wars nerd!! She recently watched the Star Wars marathon on tv and couldn’t stop talking about the movies for days afterwards! Her class is currently working on coding Speros, so she’d be over the moon if I won one!

  44. The speeder bike drone is my fave! Why you ask? Because as I child my brothers and I along with our friends on our block would ride our bikes and imagine we were riding those speeders through the forrest moon of endor! Brings back memories of growing up on Star Wars! I would love to fly one of those around and be a kid again

SPHERO STAR WARS BB-9E APP-ENABLED DROID Its style design follows the first order design black makes it look sleek and shows how astromech has the right assistant droid ,doesnt matter is for the resistance or first order. The ability to be controlled by an app makes it a toy as well for display inmy office!
