I remember at one time shaving felt like a rite of passage into adulthood. That feeling certainly did not last long. It was followed by a short period when it felt like a chore. That passed quickly too. Shaving became a few minutes of me time; going from stubbly, barely awake guy to sophisticated, ready to take on the day guy. I shaved, at least partly, for that feeling. And when I finally abandon my island guy beard (yes, I really do live on a tiny island) I’ll be happy to relive that feeling again.

The best benefit of a great shave is I don’t get charged for looking unfit in uniform. The wet dry feature would be good bc some days you need to multitask and shave in the shower.
