I’ve been using the Fitbit Versa 3 for about a year now and it certainly delivers on helping me track my workouts, but it has so much more to offer.
Before I got my Fitbit, I’d already been working on maintaining mental health through some meditation and breath work. What surprised me about Fitbit and the Premium offerings was how much extra they offered in terms of stress reduction, mindfulness, wellness routines, and meditation. I was happy to find that the Fitbit app had so much to offer to help me further these interests.

Hello. I would appreciate and put this Fitbit to great use by tracking my HR while running. It would give me a fitness score that would provide me with a baseline for workout comparisons. It would also give me some peace of mind by providing me with irregular heart rhymes notifications. I would even like to try the ecg app !

I need accountability! My activity group isn’t what I need right now. So many are busy with work and life. Sadly, I need something or I find excuses to sit with a cup of tea. I’ve always been told how important sleep is. I mean, you’re sleeping for 1/3 of your life! But I’ve never had a way to track my progress and really know if I’m getting the right amount of rest. FitBit has excellent technology that would help me keep track of my sleep and overall health. It can also help in while I’m awake, as my biggest 2023 New Years resolution is to get back into the gym.
