I’ve been using the Fitbit Versa 3 for about a year now and it certainly delivers on helping me track my workouts, but it has so much more to offer.
Before I got my Fitbit, I’d already been working on maintaining mental health through some meditation and breath work. What surprised me about Fitbit and the Premium offerings was how much extra they offered in terms of stress reduction, mindfulness, wellness routines, and meditation. The Fitbit Versa activity tracker would keep me motivated to exercise

I’ve had a fitbit for many years but mine is outdated now. I’m never without it it keeps me on track for dieting and workouts. It’s amazing. I’d love to win newer one with more options.
Fit bit alllows me to be congniscant of my actiity and reminds me to do mre. It has acted like a “post it note” to encourage me to be more active and challenge myself, doing more than the day before. IT has increased my mobility, sadly my fitbit is aged and is timing out.

I have been a Fitbit enthusiast for eight years. I started with the Fitbit Flex and worked up to 20,000 steps daily, sadly 3 years ago it died along with my motivation and ultimately my health started to suffer. Life have been really stressful for me juggling between work and family life so much so that I realized today that I havent had a general medical checkup over 2 years. The Fitbit’s health and fitness features such as ECG and Stress management features would be just perfect slong with the Health Metrics Dashboard to keep a track of my stress and sleep levels.
