  45. The Samsung 32″ 1080p HD LED Tizen Smart TV (UN32N5300AFXZC). Since I don’t presently own a smart TV, this, combined with a really good router, would mean a very enhanced viewing experience.

  46. I was most surprised to find the Samsung SmartThings Wireless Water Leak Sensor. It can detect water leaks, notify you via wifi & even turn off the water. Not very expensive but could save you a huge headache!
