There are few monitors more profound, versatile, and perfectly designed for gaming than the Samsung Odyssey Ark gaming monitor. This monitor puts you in the game. With stunning colours and clarity, a response time you expect in a gaming monitor (165Hz refresh, 1ms response time) the consequences of your thoughts are immediate—like you are in the game. During gaming month Best Buy will have many gaming contests, and this one is for anyone who wants their gaming bigger and better than ever. The prize is the same monitor that we sent to Marcus (pictured above) for an honest review. I saved that sample at the office when it returned from Marcus so that I could give it away during gaming month. Read his review to learn about this monitor and enter this contest to win it!
Are you really in the game
Like most things in life that are real, gaming ability and gaming interest falls on a normal distribution (aka, a bell curve). Some of us are “Little Game” and some of us are “Big Game.” I fall on the far left at about a “3” on the scale since I don’t play games very much. But I work with talented writers on the Best Buy blog, like Jon Scarr and Matthew Rondina who are at “8” or “9” on the scale (reserving a “10” for professional eSport players).
Introspect for a minute. What kind of gamer are you? When hostile aliens come to visit Earth, will you be on the “A” list of people the army calls for the big “drone battle in the sky” or will you be someone, like me, they ask to do more farming to feed the troops? Hey I could use a big monitor like the Samsung Odyssey Ark to plan my crops!
Who in your life is the biggest gamer you know
Okay so I have established that I am not “Good Game” and certainly not “Big Game.” You likely have a good idea where you land on this scale, but how about the people in your life. Are they more game or less game than you? In other words, would they be more likely or less likely to get the most benefit from having this amazing monitor prize in their home. For some people this might be a sensitive topic: food fights have started with less incentive. I’m not trying to raise hackles, or move anyone to cast judgement. If a consensus is not immediately forthcoming, then this is likely the kind of question best settled with … a game! Perhaps you’ll get to play it using this monitor.
I understand, however, that many people might think this monitor is too big for their home. That’s okay. Samsung has a huge selection of gaming monitors, smart monitors, curved monitors, efficient productivity monitors, and more. In fact, many of them are on sale this month so you’ll likely find exactly the monitor you need for gaming, for school, for work ….

Win a Samsung Odyssey Ark gaming monitor
Good luck.
My friend Gabriel is a great adversary in video games! In order to decide which one is the best, we would have to play a few games of the racing game Speedrunner on PC to decide once and for all, who is the greatest!
Tom and I play Mario Kart so far I am still winning
Play Mario Bros with my Daughter Anika. Have fun.
Donna and I could go head to head playing Halo, we are pretty comparable and it would be very heated!
Dave
Maybe a game like call of duty 4

Jessie is about the same level of gamer as me. We’re not very competitive, but if we needed to duke it out for the “Best Gamer” title, I think we’d have to try a few rounds in a custom “Overwatch” match! I think it would be a good choice because you can tweak all the specifics (location, damage, etc) and there’s a nice variety of Heroes to choose from.
I think that Betty might be just as good as myself in this
I would play NBA 2K with Kevin, because that’s the game I know I can win.

My daugher Laura and I love to play Mario Kart because we have lots of fun!
My now 3 hour behind timezone gaming bud Nick, I think we’re the most equal as we’re both exhausted with kids lol.
Probably some apex firing range or cod as those are the only games we ever play
My partner Mark is very close to the same level as gamer as me. If we were going to compete to see who is actually better, we would play Mario Kart because it is so fast-paced and fun!

My friend Bob. Rocket League since is fast paced and fun.
Mario Kart with the kids
My brother and I have been playing Fortnite against each other for several years now, it is a great game and we both love playing it. He will say he is the better player, but in reality I am better and usually win!

My buddy Peter! Although if we played FPS, he’d clap me badly. Probably best just to team up in D4!
My son (age 10) and I would, most likely, end up playing Mario Kart on this. He will love the larger screen (55″ compared to our current 34″). I might appear larger in his field of view as I drive off into the distance and give him a bit more hope.
Me and my boyfriend; Coleman are on the same gaming level. We would be playing a lot of Nintendo with the great Samsung Odyssey Ark 55″ monitor.
