Thinkware Dash Cams are easy to setup and use devices that deliver a wide range of benefits. Many people are aware that they could use the captured footage from a dash cam to help establish their innocence if they get into accident. However, they may not be aware of some of the other amazing benefits dash cams offer. You’ll find out for yourself how great these are if you read the information below before entering this contest. And if you enter this contest, you might win one of eight new Thinkware dash cams.
Thinkware dash cams are easy to use
I’ve sent Thinkware dash cams to various writers and there are a few commonalities across these reviews. First of all, they all found the installation and set up of the device extremely simple. For example, Dave Neufeld wrote, “Getting up and running with the Thinkware F70 Dashcam could scarcely be much easier.” In her review, Shelly Wutke said, “… it couldn’t have been easier.” Matt Paligaru explains how easy it is to install the front camera of the F200 he was sent then stated, “Installing the rear camera is just as easy.” And, after testing the F800 Brad Moon stated, “First up, installation of the dash cam was easy.”
See a pattern here? Multiple different independent reviewers, using different Thinkware dash cam models, all found that these are easy to set up. Furthermore, they all had no issues with using them as intended.
Why would you want a dash cam
Another commonality across all of these reviewers was what they saw as an important reason to get a dashcam: insurance claims. No one likes to be falsely accused of causing an accident. Dash cam footage has been used by many people to prove their innocence when the evidence was unclear or especially when the other party in the accident was not honest. Dash cam footage has also been used to help people get out of traffic tickets issued erroneously. “I didn’t go through a red light, officer; and, I can prove it!”
If you have teenagers, then a dash cam is a great motivator for them to driver responsibly: everything will be recorded and reviewed when the car is returned. Speaking of reviewing footage: you can also do this after a week of driving to help self-diagnose bad habits and become a safer driver youself.
Of course, you are likely familiar with one other benefit: capturing amazing or shocking events. I live on a tiny island, where the deer outnumber people 3 to 1, so I would likely capture a ton of footage of deer crossing the road if I had one. But YouTube has many examples of people capturing really cool footage like fireballs and meteorites—all thanks to owning a dashcam.

The Q800Pro for me – I want to capture any accidents with wild life on film for safety and insurance.
Q800Pro. – I want to capture weather events – have already driven through some scary storms.
The Q800PRO for the quality images. I never ever thought of having on with my two daughters who will soon be driving. It’s a great deterrent for them to be silly and gives me and my wife a little peace of mind that they will be responsible on the road and watch those who may not.
F800 for night footage and wifi. Hope to catch a homeless person masturbating or a car accident.
Q800Pro with the Sony STARVIS image sensor capable of 2k recording sounds great.
I saw great reviews of the U1000 and Q800pro. I need to get a new dashcam for my dad because we didn’t know his dashcam wasn’t working when he got ticketed for not stopping at a stop sign (when he did), and could’ve had evidence to prove it!
Q800PRO would be my favourite with both front and rear cameras!
F800 is my favourite! It even has Super Night vision!
The Thinkware’s Q800PRO dash cam is my favorute and I would hope to catch some close call accidents but no damage.
Thinkware F800 Full HD 1080p Dash Cam & Rear Camera with Wi-Fi & GPS is my favourite! It monitors both the front and back of your vehicle. Real cool.
After reading the reviews on the cameras I think the X700 would be my favourite. It would be nice to capture footage of the various nonsense I see on the roads around our neighbourhood these days as my friends and family don’t believe half the stories I tell them. I would also like to record and review my own driving habits.
I like the Thinkware’s X700 dual front and rear cam. I have been thinking about a dash cam this would be exciting!
The Q800Pro is my favourite and I’d like to capture the crazy things I see other drivers do on the road.
The F70 is my favourite and I would love to win it so I record the sound I make when I crash into yellow curbs
My parents currently use the Thinkware F70 but doing research, I personally would love the F200. It has everything that I need with a nice sleek look similar to the F70. Hopefully I can capture the scenic views on my next road trip and any accidents I witness to help with insurance claims.
I think the Q800Pro would be good as we like to get up early in the morning on vacation days and the light can be dim early in the morning
Q800Pro with geofencing so that I can get an alert when my son strays out of the neighborhood.

150-degree viewing angle capturing every detail in and around my car, such as the scenery and

any of the cameras would be great; they record in 1080p which would be enough for me.

Road tripping is one of my favourite activities. A dashcam would be incredible sto stay safe on long days of driving.
F800 1080p Dashcam with Super Night Vision & WiFi is my favorite for day to day safety on the road, in case of any accident.
I would like and be happy with any of the Thinkware dashcams. If I were able to choose one, it would be the Thinkware Q800PRO 2K Dashcam with Wi-Fi especially with the optional rear view camera that adds even more coverage, allowing capture of accidents that happen at the rear of the vehicle. The main reason is I would like a dashcam is to provide accurate evidence in case of a collision (that hopefully is not my fault.)
Drive truck for a living and I like the F800 for night vision seeing the license plate day or night would be a great asset
Id love one in my car
I like the Q800PRO the best because it can capture crystal clear images even in low light. I hope to capture some beautiful drives through the mountains.
