Garmin dash cams are reliable and easy to use. You likely know how useful they are. Dash cams have gone from a “nice-to-have” to a “must-have” addition to your vehicle. Car owners, truck owners—even motorcycle owners—realize the value of capturing the many unexpected events that happen on the road on digital video. Garmin has a wide selection of dash cams, like the Garmin 47, 57, 67W, and mini all to be given away in this contest. Read on to learn two of my favourite features and for a chance to win one of these Garmin dash cams.
Garmin dash cams provide clear and detailed recordings
Drivers want a dash cam that reliably captures high-quality video and high-definition still recordings. There’s a lot of factors that can affect the quality of the footage: fast moving cars, varying light and weather conditions can make capturing good videos and images even more difficult. There is a lot of technology built into Garmin dash cams to ensure quality images are captured and stored, and can easily be shared afterwards.
When looking for a dash cam, look for ones with the right resolution that can give you quality footages. With the right resolution, dash cams can give you a clear and detailed picture of the road that captures important details, such as plate numbers. Garmin dash cams have the standard 1440p HD and 1080p HD resolutions that, combined with its Clarity HDR optics feature, ensure you get clear and detailed footages day and night.
Save videos instantly with Garmin online storage vault
The videos and still photos your dash cam takes help provide a clear picture of incidents that happen on the road, so having a place online to save all of them just makes sense. Most people want a dash cam so they can show recordings of road incidents as proof, whether for insurance or police purposes, and your dash cam should make them readily available for you when you need them.
With Garmin dash cams you can quickly and easily upload, manage, and share videos online using its online storage vault. When your dash cam detects an incident or if you choose to save a video, it will automatically upload and store your files to the online storage vault for 24 hours. If you want to store your videos for a longer period of time, each Garmin dash cam comes with its own subscription plan.
Through the online storage vault, you can access your videos using your Garmin app, where you can view, trim, and export your videos to save on your phone. What I also like about this feature is that you can easily share your video with anyone simply by providing them a link to that video.

Online storage vault so I would have backup in case I lose the footage.
HD continuous recording.
I like the online storage vault — makes it easy and accessible!
The continuous recording
I’ve been wanting a dash cam for so long!! Garmin Dash Cam 67W has some great features. 180-degree field of view
Built-in GPS shows when and where events occur
Voice control makes everything easier with hands-free spoken commands

The one i like the best is that my friend told me was that Using the “ok Garmin” works very well to save a video or take a picture, just turn your radio down first, I recently used this feature while driving through a snow storm and quickly shared with coworkers off my cell phone to show road conditions.
That is would be perfectly handy for me in Canada weather!
I really the HD continous recording. It would be beneficial to have a clear recording of an incident if anything happened.
I like the clear night-time recording. If any incident happens at night, a clear video record of it would be very helpful.
I like the continuous recording feature. There are more *** drivers out there than ever before. It is almost essential to have a dash cam these days.
HD recording, best wishes
Would be nice to get the piece of mind a dashcam pro Dee.
The storage vault is awesome!
Just love the 1440p HD and 1080p HD resolutions that, and with the Clarity HDR optics feature, you are sure to get clear and detailed footages 24/7.
My favorite feature is the motion/movement detection that turns on the camera and begins recording every time its sensors are triggered; great for when you are driving but also when the car is parked!
Got to go with the continuous recording, like most
The HD recording. No more squinting or guessing of license plate numbers and letters needed again!
Many great features but my favorite is the continuous recording!
I really like the contnious recording feature. You never know when an accident may happen!
I like the HD continuous recording.
Garmin online storage vault that is an amazing feature and very important when you are dealing with an accident
I love the fact that: they record every incident and are on a continuous , they are easy to install, love the sensors that turn on with motion detection
I like the online storage vault
Continuous recording.
Ease of operation
I love the voice functionality how it allows you to save video, start and stop audio recording!
I like that the videos save instantly. I’m always worried that something will happen to the camera/memory stick in the event of an accident so this will be reassuring.
The Clarity HDR feature is the most important to me. I need to drive professionally, and it is amazing how many take advantage when they see a label on a vehicle and feel it gives them a right to drive recklessly. Personal benefit of a good camera would be something clear enough to capture the plate and possibly the face information often missed or slightly blurry with low quality equipment.
The Garmin online storage vault is a great feature that I would use. I dive a lot for work, so having a historical record would be great.
After looking at all the features, I like the continuous recording feature best.
The Garmin online storage vault is a great feature that I would use. Also, as with any Garmin, it will be made to high standards.
I like the HD continuous recording feature best.
1440p HD and 1080p HD resolutions are important to me.
I like the continuous recording feature.
Continuous recording.
The HD continuous recording is the feature I like best.
Extra safety
I like the HD continuous recording.
I like the size of the cams. Hides perfectly behind the rear-view mirror. You don’t even notice it being there.
I like the size of the cams. Hides perfectly behind the rear-view mirror. You don’t even notice it being there.
For me it is the ease of use
Because it can save videos instantly which will help out I’m case of an accident or theft and it will show proof.
For me, it’s the ease of operation that is most important!
When your dash cam detects an incident or if you choose to save a video, it will automatically upload and store your files to the online storage vault for 24 hrs.
That would be a nice record to have if we ever had an accident.
The Clarity HDR feature is very cool. I like it because I can clearly see any videos taken from the camera.
I would say that the feature most important to me would be the Clarity HDR optics feature because no one wants a blurry or dark video if an accident happens! It would benefit my driving experience because I would feel more safe and confident knowing that the dash cam is recording clear video if something happens during my drive!
Extra safety
Continuous recording.
I like the fact that Garmin dash cams have the standard 1440p HD and 1080p HD resolutions that, combined with its Clarity HDR optics feature, ensure you get clear and detailed footages day and night. This would help me help the city stay safe as it could capture plate numbers that if necessary could be reported to the police. Sadly, I witnessed a dangerous driving situation once that I wish I could have recorded because that person should not have been driving. Let’s hope that that person has not injured himself/herself or anyone else that day or in any other outings.
The Garmin dash cams are the best on the market! Having the security and peace-of-mind that this device brings to my daily travels is extremely valuable to me and my family! The feature that I find most useful is the motion/movement detection that turns on the camera and begins recording every time its sensors are triggered; whether you are in the vehicle or not!
I like the HD continuous recording.
