    very nice with rear view also…Garmin has good photo quality…4K shud be somewhat better…but rearview!!!!! Nice!!!

  4. My wife has a basic dashcam and its been helpful, the downside is getting the videos off of it. The wifi built in would make it so much easier and the built in Alexa for hands free interactions is a cool option.

  14. 4k for a dashcam is a must. I experienced this firsthand when a car moved sharply into my lane in a metre in front of my car. While trying to avoid a collision, I lost control and crashed into a concrete divider. The culprit’s number could not be disassembled, although the recording was in FullHD resolution.

  24. I like that it has better night vision and weather options. Halifax can get pretty rough on these cameras. I also like the GPS so if you are rural and something happens you are covered.

    • Sounds like a feature ladened dashcam. Curious to find how clear the video quality is when using the Extreme Weather Mode.

  29. Certainly is loaded with useful features. Alexa, Extreme Weather mode, 4K option is pretty great and the list goes on. I’ve used low resolution cams and while they work the finer details like license plates are very blurry unless up close. This sounds like a great product.

  39. I have used a different front/rear camera, and would really like to see how this one will stack up against it. Reading about it sounds very promising, but seeing how it actually performs in real world will be the test. Sounds like a great camera.

  50. Image stabilization is something that has needed improvement across most dash cams in my experience and it will be interesting to see how it is with the camera.

    The new extreme weather mode also will hopefully help with image quality with the Canadian winters.
