Meet the Cobra Dash Cams
Cobra smart dash cams capture recordings while you drive. The SC200 smart dash cam can be used with optional accessory cameras and the SC201 includes a built-in cabin view camera along with other upgraded features.
Both cameras offer high-definition recording, come with SD memory cards to store footage, have built-in Wi-Fi, work with the Drive Smarter app, and include features like incident reports, shared community driving alerts, emergency mayday, and more. These two dashcams are very similar in their features and are both easy to install using an adhesive mount and vehicle power adapter. But there are minor differences between them.
Complete road coverage
Get a complete view of the road ahead with the Cobra SC200 and SC201 dash cams, which provide QHD+ 1,600p and 1,080p resolution, respectively. With both, you can see things clearly with plenty of detail, during the day as well as at night.
The SC201 adds front and interior cameras so in addition to the full HD front camera, you also get an LED interior camera that captures footage from inside the vehicle’s cabin. While the SC200 doesn’t come with an interior camera, there is an option to add a cabin view or rear-view accessory camera. Additionally, you can take photos, turn the display on or off, lock videos, and more, all using your voice.
Capture and playback footage
With the ability to simultaneously record both the road and inside the cabin, it gives you an entire picture of what happened in the event of an incident.
Footage records to the included 8GB (SC200) or 16GB (SC201) SD memory card and can be viewed on the 3″ screen of the SC200 or 2″ screen on the SC201.
Automatic recording and shutdown ensure that the camera captures only what it needs to and not hours of unnecessary footage.
Built-in WiFi connectivity
Both the SC200 and SC201 include built-in dual-band Wi-Fi connectivity to capture the exact location of incidents and store, edit, and share footage from anywhere using Cloud Video Management. Meanwhile, built-in GPS allows you to sync your location and speed information, so you always have critical details when needed.
The connectivity with these smart dash cams also enables features like incident reports, so you can share your policy number, event details, and videos from the car camera directly with your insurance company. Mayday alerts, meanwhile, will send a text message to your emergency contact in the event of a serious accident.
Become a safer driver as well by taking advantage of the shared community alerts that provide instant driver alerts, including speed and red-light camera locations, along with road conditions.
