Autopilot is available through the Joule: Sous Vide by ChefSteps app, which you can connect to the Joule via Wi-Fi. It’s fantastic for amateur cooks because the recipes also include presets or “flight plans” that leave the little details to the smart oven instead of leaving them up to you. I would use the BAKE preset most often. We have an apple tree in our back yard that yields a great deal, I would use the dehydrate setting in the fall to make apple chips as I currently borrow my neighbours dehydrator.
