Xbox Partner Preview November 2025 recap feature image.

The November 2025 Xbox Partner Preview event packed a lot into a short broadcast. Xbox showed new gameplay, new announcements, and a few surprises that covered everything from stealth missions to mythic action and indie favourites. It was a solid mix of updates for well known franchises and first looks at games that are still early in development.

A big part of this showcase was how many titles will support Xbox Play Anywhere. That feature continues to make life easier for anyone who likes to move between a console, cloud, and a Windows handheld. Best Buy Canada already carries both the ASUS ROG Xbox Ally and the ASUS ROG Xbox Ally X, and several of today’s games will work on both devices the moment they launch. It makes this kind of showcase even more useful for anyone thinking about portable Windows gaming.

Xbox also confirmed that the Xbox Full Screen Experience is expanding beyond the ASUS ROG Xbox Ally lineup. It arrives on Windows handhelds on November 21, and support is coming soon to Windows PC through the Xbox and Windows Insider programs. It makes switching between console and handheld gaming even smoother, especially if you already use a portable Windows device.

There was also a day one game drop, a new look at one of 2026’s biggest releases, and a few reveals that highlight how varied Xbox’s upcoming lineup really is. Here is everything shown during the Xbox Partner Preview and what caught our eyes during the show.

Big reveals and standout moments from the Xbox Partner Preview

The November Xbox Partner Preview packed in several reveals that landed right away, especially for anyone keeping an eye on upcoming Xbox Series X titles and what’s headed to Game Pass Ultimate. The broadcast opened with a strong mix of new games, big franchise updates, and a few surprises that added good energy to the show.

007 First Light made one of the biggest impressions with the reveal of the Aston Martin Valhalla. The trailer focused entirely on the car, showing how it fits into the younger Bond’s missions. The Valhalla includes custom gadgets and sleek design touches that feel right at home in Bond’s world. The game launches March 27, 2026 on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox on PC. Armatus arrived with a world premiere that showed dark Paris streets, fast combat, and a mysterious masked warrior tied to an ancient order. The trailer set the tone for a third person roguelite shooter built around quick runs, tough encounters, and stylish abilities. Armatus launches in 2026 and is coming day one to Game Pass.

Raji: Kaliyuga was officially announced as the sequel to Raji: An Ancient Epic. The sequel shifts to a full third person action adventure format and features two playable characters, Raji and her brother Darsh. The story moves into a cosmic conflict involving gods and asuras, and the early footage highlighted upgraded movement, combat, and scale. It arrives day one on Game Pass at launch. Tides of Annihilation returned with a full boss fight showcase that highlighted its Dual Frontline Battle System. The trailer focused on Gwendolyn and the knight Sir Lamorak working together across mirrored spaces during a multi phase battle. The blend of modern day London and Arthurian inspiration stood out again, and this was the most detailed look at the combat so far.

More big reveals from the show

The Mound: Omen of Cthulhu brought a new look at its co-op survival focus. The trailer followed an expedition team landing on a coastline wrapped in strange fog and unsettling wildlife. Things ramp up fast as the group moves through thick jungle paths and encounters forces that seem to distort how the world looks and feels. The tone leans toward classic Lovecraft influence, but the big hook is how the shifting environment forces you and your squad to work together. It arrives in summer 2026 on Xbox Series X|S.

From the creators of Little Nightmares, Reanimal is a brand new game where a brother and sister team up as they make their way through a house filled with strange noises, shifting rooms, and creatures that seem to watch every step. Each kid has their own abilities, so you bounce between them to slip past threats, open paths, or help the other get through blocked areas. The trailer gives the whole thing a restless, on-edge pace. One hallway feels safe, then a door creaks open and suddenly you’re moving quicker than you planned. It doesn’t go for cheap jump scares. It keeps you guessing in a way that works. There’s a demo available now, and the full game lands in February 2026.

Total Chaos also made a surprise appearance with a shadow-drop that hit right after the event. It’s a first-person horror experience built around scavenging, crafting, and staying alive while everything tries to wear you down. The atmosphere sticks with you, and the trailer sold the feeling fast. If you want something you can download and try today, this was one of the most unexpected moments of the show.

These were the biggest highlights and set the tone for what Xbox fans can look forward to in the months ahead.

Day One Game Pass games and standout indies

Game Pass Ultimate played a big role in the Partner Preview, with several titles confirmed for day one access across console, PC and Xbox Cloud. Xbox also highlighted a strong mix of smaller projects that brought plenty of personality and new ideas to the lineup. Crowsworn returned with a new look at its fast traversal, tight platforming, and stylish combat. The metroidvania design felt even sharper in this trailer, with quick melee attacks, air movement, and moody environments. It launches day one on Game Pass when it arrives.

Echo Generation 2 made its debut as a follow up to the original voxel adventure. The sequel keeps the supernatural 80s and 90s tone, adding new characters, turn based combat, and a Gremlins inspired companion. It is also coming day one to Game Pass. Erosion showed an isometric action setup with a twist. Each time you fall in battle, you return ten years later to a world that has changed. Characters age, environments shift, and conversations play out differently. It enters PC Game Preview in spring 2026 and will be part of the Game Pass lineup.

Roadside Research brought something lighter to the mix. It is a co-op simulator about undercover aliens running a rural gas station while trying not to attract government attention. It launches in Q1 2026 and arrives day one on Game Pass Ultimate. Vampire Crawlers, the new game from the creators of Vampire Survivors, made its debut as a first person deckbuilding roguelike dungeon crawler. The trailer showed familiar weapons and upgrades, including the bible and garlic, mixed with a completely new perspective and approach. It is coming to Xbox Series X|S, Xbox on PC and Xbox Cloud.

More day one Game Pass games and indie titles

CloverPit also dropped during the event, and it’s easily the quirkiest game of the show. It mixes roguelite runs with a slot machine setup where every spin can help you climb out of trouble or drop you straight into it. The quick runs and constant risk-reward choices make it something you can jump into for a few minutes at a time. It’s available today on Xbox platforms if you want to try something offbeat right away.

Zoopunk stretched things in a different direction with its sci-fi action style. It drops you into a world filled with aerial skirmishes, fast movement, and a cast of animal heroes who fight with traditional weapons and flashy abilities. The trailer focused on one character chasing a strange object called the Spark before getting caught by a rival group, setting up a story that looks bigger than expected. Zoopunk is coming in 2027 to Xbox Series X|S, Xbox on PC, and Xbox Cloud.

These indie reveals gave the Xbox Partner Preview a lot of variety. Every trailer felt different, and that helped the whole section move at a good pace. There was always something new to latch onto, whether you like action, experiments, or something weird and funny.

New DLC coming to fan-favourite games

A few ongoing titles also showed up during the Xbox Partner Preview with new content, and there’s a good mix here depending on what you already play. Dave the Diver also made a splash. The base game is now available on Xbox platforms, and Mintrocket shared a look at the upcoming In The Jungle expansion landing in early 2026. The new areas, enemies, and story beats seem like a natural fit for anyone who enjoyed the Blue Hole loop. It’s a nice bonus that Dave the Diver already runs well on handheld devices if you want a break-friendly way to chip away at progress.

Hitman World of Assassination had one of the most unexpected reveals of the show. Eminem is taking over the next Elusive Target, with a mission built around his Slim Shady persona. The entire setup leans into surreal moments and references from across his music, and it’s free for all Hitman players from December 1 through December 31. The mission is also optimized for handhelds, including the ASUS ROG Xbox Ally, which makes it an easy pick-up-and-play update if you like running stealth contracts on the go.

Overall, the DLC and update lineup added a steady stream of content to close out the show, giving existing games a little extra life while we wait for the next wave.

Upcoming Xbox games from the Xbox Partner Preview November 2025 event

The Xbox Partner Preview felt packed from start to finish. Xbox covered a wide range of genres, mixed big reveals with smaller surprises, and still made room for updates to games that are already out. It also showed how much support is on the way for Game Pass Ultimate, which makes the service even more valuable if you split your time between console, PC and cloud.

The expansion of Xbox Play Anywhere and the Xbox Full Screen Experience was a big moment too. These updates make things smoother for anyone using a Windows handheld. If you’re looking at devices like the ASUS ROG Xbox Ally or the ASUS ROG Xbox Ally X, this kind of support makes portable Xbox gaming a lot easier to stick with over time.
