Finally after months of waiting, the event that our gaming customers have been waiting for is here: E3 week! Every year during E3 there are great announcements of new games, new features in games you love, and so much more. Check out our E3 hub for great deals from Best Buy, and great information from the show. Best Buy’s fantastic E3 2019 Gaming offers will be live as of June 7th.
Best Buy will be sending bloggers Jon Scarr and Mélanie Boutin-Chartier to Los Angeles to report on all of the announcements, and capture images and video from the press events (that begin on the weekend prior to the actual show) and from the showroom floor during the event from June 11 to 13th. What gaming announcement are you most excited about this year? Perhaps it’s a new version of a game from your childhood. Super excited for Death Stranding!
Definitely most excited for The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild game on the Switch by Nintendo! I grew up playing the Zelda series (i.e. played Link to the Past / Ocarina of Times multiple times!) and have always loved the franchise, so I was pretty stoked to hear about a new Zelda game.
In my house the PS4 is a huge part of our lives, the whole family loves to game and we love having family game nights.
Definitely most excited for Kojima studios Death Stranding being released in the fall. Hideo Kojima always pushes ahead and forges new ground.
Death Stranding releasing on the PS4 on November 8th, from Sony and Kojima Productions! I’ve loved Kojima’s work in the Metal Gear Solid franchise, and I can’t wait to check out what he’s doing with his next big project, especially with big actors like Norman Reedus, Mads Mikkelsen, and Guillermo Del Toro!
I’m really excited for Dying Light 2 made by Techland. Was really into the first Dying Light when I first got my PS4 and am really excited to try out the new version they’ve announced especially on a PS4 Pro.
Honestly looking forward to the new Call of Duty Modern Warfare. The feet on the ground call of duty games are what got me into gaming and I’m excited to see them coming back.
Xbox anaconda details, hyped for the next generation. Then the details on gears and halo infinite!!! E3 baby!!!

I’m really excited about the Nintendo switch Mario Bros. We didn’t have much growing up but we had an NES system. Being the youngest of eight with 5 older brothers, I had to fight for my turn to play. Since I’ve started a family of my own we’ve introduced our kids to the wonderful world of Mario and Ninetendo and as they get older, it’s amazing to see them fall in love with the age old magic of video games.
Starfield from Bethesda. Interested to see what can they do in a different setting from Elders Scroll and Fallout.
I’m super excited for project wright but I’m also excited for all games. It really brings me and my boys together. My sons like to play on the weekends and we use it for movies on date nights

Excited for COD Modern Warfare made by Infinity Ward. Every cod game is good and I’ve been playing for years so it will be good to go back to the mw series.
I am extremely looking forward to the release of Animal Crossing on the Nintendo Switch. I have been playing Animal Crossing since City Folk was released, and have been waiting patiently since the launch of the Switch for an Animal Crossing game on the platform. It’s been 6 years since the last game, and when they made the announcement that it was coming to Switch in 2019 I was more than thrilled. I suspect the are giving us more information at E3, and i can’t wait to see it. 🙂
This is such a cool contests to Celebrate E3! I have always loved Pokémon since I was a child and the new Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield are going to be such fun games to play to continued the never ending journey of Pokémon!
Looking forward to seeing new gameplay footage of Cyberpunk 2077 CD Project Red. I loved all the Witcher games and their practices are so pro consumer! Hopefully a release is announced

Excited to see what Microsoft has to announce regarding their next generation console as well as upcoming IPs like Halo. Been a huge Xbox fan for a while ands I can’t wait to see what they have to offer in the future and enjoy whatever they put out with my buddies.
Im excited for the Final Fantasy VII remake. I remember being a teen and picking this game up, my friends and I spent many good times playing this game. I think it will bring a sense of nostalgia playing something I know with a fresh upgrade as I don’t get to play too many games these days.
Excited to hear more about Square Enix’s Final Fantasy 7 Remake! The new trailer looks amazing and I can’t wait to see what news they will release about it in June!
It’s just a rumour, but super excited for Watch Dogs 3 from Ubisoft if they do actually announce it. Also a big fan of the Forza games, so super excited to see what Microsoft has to offer in terms of that game.

I am definitely most excited for Switch Mario Bros U Deluxe by Nintendo as I was a real big Mario Bros fan growing up!
Favourite announcement was Call of Duty: Modern Warfare from Activision/Infinity Ward. I’m hoping CoD goes back to its roots and we have a good game for the first time in years.
I’m most excited for the release of The Wolfenstein: Youngblood on July 26, 2019. I really enjoy the Wolfenstein games and I’m hoping this one is just as good as the others. The trailer looks super cool! It also has some incredible features of you pre order it. Gamesradar made the announcement that I saw. This is for the PS4 version and this announcement is very important to me, because I’m very excited for when it comes out so I can immediately start playing. Plus, I need some new games for my console because most of the games we have aren’t mine and they don’t interest me much.
I am extremely excited to hear about Cyberpunk 2077 by CD Projeckt, they have been teasing us about this game for YEARS and after last years preview it looks like this is going to be even better than the Witcher series.
I’m hoping Sony show more about Last of Us 2.
Really excited for the upcoming characters in smash ultimate! Nintendo has such a big list to chose from I’m so excited! Kinda sucks though that I’m still playing the original smash bros. on my Nintendo 64 but I still can’t wait to see what comes next!
I’m most excited for Animal Crossing Switch. We haven’t had any news since the Nintendo direct in september and I’m really hoping that Nintendo comes through at E3 and gives us a title, some gameplay and a release date. I’m hoping so much that animal crossing is still being released this year! Animal crossing is what got me into gaming. I can put thousands of hours into it, and it always just feels like home to me. Nintendo – Super MARIO Maker2 – a long time coming!
FF7 remake got me excited, I just played through FF9, FF7 then FFX on the switch and I can’t wait to see what the remake has to bring to change up the formula. Also I can’t wait to see if we’re going to get news on Persona 5R.. I wish I had a PS4 to play P5 on my own.. right now I have to go at a friend’s house to play 3h sessions which’ll take time since the game is 100+ hours!

I am really excited about the announcement of Pokémon Sword and Shield coming late 2019 to the Nintendo Switch from Nintendo. I am really excited since I have been playing Pokémon since gen 4 and I cannot believe gen 8 is already almost out and I’m so excited to see what it holds for the Pokémon series!

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare from Activision and Infinity Ward. I absolutely loved the previous series, especially Modern Warfare 2, and Captain Price as a lead character. I was so excited to see he was going to be in this reboot, even if it’s not the same voice actor. I can’t wait to see the darker tone of this new game and see what they can do with more adult storytelling.
I’m very excited of the announcement for the new xbox console generation at the E3 on june 9. I’m Microsoft fan, and more specific an xbox fan. I’ m excited of the announcement because microsoft post that they will bring 2 Xbox console one like the Xbox One s that will be name Lockhart and the other one is for the ultimate gaming and it will be name Anaconda. I’m a guy that like to play competitive so i’m waiting to hear if the Anaconda will be that powerfull, because when I play fortnite against pc player, they are at 200 fps approximately so they have a lot of advantage against me at 60 fps. So I hope that the Anaconda version of the next console generation will be as I hope it will be.
All announcements regarding PlayStation, Xbox and Nintendo switch as love to game on all 3 of the systems. However I’m really looking forward to the super Mario maker 2, Pokémon sword and shield anything final fantasy and anything to do with the ps virtual reality and the list could go on and on!

I am most excited for the Super Mario maker 2 game announced by Nintendo. My son, age 15, is a true Nintendo fan. Since he was young he has been collecting Nintendo stuff, retro and new. Clothes, games both retro and new and gaming systems, even music, posters and plushies. The Nintendo character Art he draws and cuts out adorns our walls! He has been anxiously awaiting the release for the new game SMM 2. He would love to win the Switch system/game pack so he could give the system to his cousin so they can play online together! He often saves his birthday and Christmas gift cards to gift games to his friends. I also know he is also looking forward to the new Avengers end project game that was announced by square enix but that’s secondary to his true Nintendo passion.
I’m most excited for Legend of Zelda: Links awakening, being announced by Nintendo. My whole family has always gathered around and watched as my sister played. I’m excited to try and relive those moments.
