Finally after months of waiting, the event that our gaming customers have been waiting for is here: E3 week! Every year during E3 there are great announcements of new games, new features in games you love, and so much more. Check out our E3 hub for great deals from Best Buy, and great information from the show. Best Buy’s fantastic E3 2019 Gaming offers will be live as of June 7th.
Best Buy will be sending bloggers Jon Scarr and Mélanie Boutin-Chartier to Los Angeles to report on all of the announcements, and capture images and video from the press events (that begin on the weekend prior to the actual show) and from the showroom floor during the event from June 11 to 13th. I’m looking forward to the Square Enix conference. They are my favourite developers, and I’m excited for any news they have. But I’m really hoping for some Final Fanatsy VII remake news
NHL20… PS4….. but honestly if it’s EA Sports I’ll be happy with any new release game by them. Always have enjoyed sports games over anything else ever since I was a kid.

I personally am most excited for the upcoming horror game The Sinking City from Frogwares and Bigben Interactive. Huge fan of the horror genre and love the works of H.P Lovecraft so here’s hoping it’s a good one.

I am most excited about the announcement by Microsoft and Sony (May 19, 2019 Microsoft & Sony joint announcement) to work collaboratively on cloud gaming as I see that as one of the most significant changes coming to gaming in that we can expect more power to be pushed to the cloud and less power needed for consoles.

I’m most excited for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. I started playing COD during the original MW and that’s how I’ve been hooked ever since.
Im really excited for call of duty warfare on the xbox one by activision and infinity ward has a fan of the series, look like we going back to the originals call of duty that i grow up on. Patiently waiting for it to come out to try it out.
I am most looking forward to Mario maker 2 from Nintendo! As well as the potential for a new switch model. Playing any Mario game just makes me remember good times as a kid playing Mario kart with my dad, or watching my mom play super Mario (the only game I ever saw her play)

Has to be Sony’s new console ps5. Been a Sony fanboy since day one when my oldest brother brought home a ps1 and it blew my little mind. Gaming is my little escape at the end of a day; my portal into other worlds for a short time.

I’m extremely excited to see Sony announce more details on the Playstation 5. The news they’ve already released (backwards compatibility with PS4 games, SSD for quicker load times, etc.) are all very exciting, and I’ve already been setting money aside so I can get it as soon as it comes out! I’m also hoping that some of my favourite series on PS4 get some news or announcements regarding sequels, like Spider-Man, Horizon: Zero Dawn, and Infamous.

After Ubisoft’s announcement of the October release of Ghost Recon: Breakpoint, it’s the only game I’m anticipating this year. I’ve been enjoying Wildlands gameplay for a quite a while and a new addition to the series is a welcome change/improvement !
I’m most excited for the potential announcement of Pokémon Sword & Sheild game by The Pokémon Company for the Nintendo Switch! I have owned every Pokémon game since the Gameboy and I’ve been dying to play a new one!! Let’s hope a specific date in 2019 is released!
Bethesda, elder scrolls VI.
As long as I can remember I’ve been playing the elder scrolls games. Being a huge fantasy nerd, the stories are always packed with a huge flavour punch of adventure, bringing out your wildest imagination! I’m sure this world will be no different in the sense that it’ll be visually appealing and worthy of many play hours of play time. The switch and PS4 won’t disappoint this year!
Cyberpunk 2077 and metroid prime 4 are the 2 games that id wish to know more about
I was super excited to hear Nintendo announce the new Pokémon games, Sword and Shield. I’ve been excited ever since I heard they were going back to the old games, like red and blue. I’m excited to play it on the switch, on the big screen and in 3D. Pokemon holds a special place in my heart, it was the first game I got for my game boy color. I came from a single parent family and I got a gameboy later than everyone else, I heard about Pokémon but could only play snippets on other people’s. When I finally got it I played it constantly and felt so much more connected to other kids. Since then every time I play a Pokémon game I’m thankful for the nostalgia and remember my roots.
