Finally after months of waiting, the event that our gaming customers have been waiting for is here: E3 week! Every year during E3 there are great announcements of new games, new features in games you love, and so much more. Check out our E3 hub for great deals from Best Buy, and great information from the show. Best Buy’s fantastic E3 2019 Gaming offers will be live as of June 7th.
Best Buy will be sending bloggers Jon Scarr and Mélanie Boutin-Chartier to Los Angeles to report on all of the announcements, and capture images and video from the press events (that begin on the weekend prior to the actual show) and from the showroom floor during the event from June 11 to 13th. What gaming announcement are you most excited about this year? Perhaps it’s a new version of a game from your childhood. Super Mario Maker 2 by Nintendo, It has so many new features, the first mario maker already had endless possibilities, but now with this new game, the creativity of the community will reach new heights. I can’t wait to see whats in store for me with all the ideas that are implemented into levels. 🙂
I am waiting to see new content from Miceosoft and more on Cyberpunk 2077. I own a PS4, but would like to upgrade to a Pro! Here we go, the road to E3!
I’m super excited for the Nintendo E3 direct live stream! Everything they might show is definitely going to get me hyped. Pokemon Sword and Shield especially, but followed closely by everything else. New Smash Ultimate fighter pack? Mario Maker 2, Animal Crossing, Breath of the wild and Mario Odyssey VR content, Game Freak’s new IP Town, just… there is a ton there that surely will get to my inner child.
Sony Interactive Entertainment has gotten me so pumped for Death Stranding by Kojima Productions with its release date trailer. I really didn’t expect to see the game so soon, so November of this year is amazing to hear. Kojima is a genius who is basically the mad scientist of game making. The trailer looks like Kojima at his best, with an amazing cast of voiced and motion captured actors and a mind blowing story.
I can’t wait for the new xbox that will come out i don’t thinks its coming in 2019 but that is what I’m most excited for because I only use the Xbox no ps4’s from day one. For my first console I got the xbox 360 and I can’t wait until the new xbox comes out.
I am Most excited about the Nintendo switch! I always grew up with Nintendo products. What is making me more excited about the Nintendo Switch is that I would be able to play the upcoming Pokemon Games Pokemon Sword or Pokemon Shield

I would love to win the ps4 pack, my brother and I grew up playing games with each other and our dad since we were ~4. My brother graduated a last year and I am going to graduate at the end of the month. I will be heading off to college after summer and I won’t really be in touch with them anymore. The college is only ~3 hours away but we’re from a small town and generally stick to staying home.

Super Mario Maker 2 for the Nintendo Switch is my most excited announcement because the first one was unexpectedly a big and great past time for my girlfriend and I!
I am really waiting for The Last of Us II. A story so awesome and deep, a masterpiece in the video game history. In the litterature we have Romeo and Juliet by Shakespear, in the cinema we have Titanic by Cameron, in painting we have Mona Lisa by Da Vinci, the video game definitely have the Last of Us by Naughty dog. Im certain that it’s gonna be a work of art, a work of love and inspiration.
The Witcher 3 for Nintendo Switch. I saw one of my best friends completing this game on his PS4. I thought it was beautiful! I’m excited because this proves that Nintendo is not the underdog, as many of Xbox and PS4 players think. It also shows how far Nintendo has come in terms of 3rd party support! We were all worried about this when the Switch came out; having this massive open world, graphic demanding game play on the Nintendo Switch will be a huge statement. I feel it’s almost like going back to the times in which Nintendo was the preferred console back in the 80s early 90s.
I’m really hoping that Nintendo shows us something about Metroid Prime 4. If not that then at least the trilogy. I played all iterations of every game.
I’m looking forward to Super Mario Maker 2 by Nintendo for the Switch because I love Mario and it looks like a lot of fun!! I love that there’s going to be a story mode!

I’m looking forward to E3. I spent a lot of time when I was young playing all the Nintendo Mario and Luigi games (Super Mario, Mario Party, etc). I’m looking forward to the announcement for Luigi’s Mansion 3 for the Nintendo Switch by Nintendo!
Borderlands 3 by 2K, I anticipate knowing more about the game to be able to play with friends cross plateform 🙂

Out of all the games being released in 2019, I am most excited for Death Stranding, a Sony exclusive by Kojima Productions. Such originality in an IP could be what the gaming industry needs to improve upon the standards for what is noteworthy in a video game. I enjoy Kojima’s previous works and can not wait to see what he and his team do with this new idea. I wait with anticipation for the tentative release on November 8, 2019.
Kill La Kill by A+ Games. I have been watching the anime and having a videogame with it is just awesome.

So stoked to see what EA’s going to bring with NHL 2020–will they switch to the Frostbite engine like many fans have asked for? Nevertheless, I’d be thrilled to sport a PS4 so my kids could learn the game–and so I could take to the ice once they’re in bed!
I’m excited for the new animal crossing by Nintendo! It’s been a long wait for the next game in this addictive series. I can’t wait to see what they announce. Now to just get a switch…

The gaming announcement that has got me excited the most is astral chain for the nintendo switch because, Good lord that game is beautiful! will definitely be one of the best looking games on the switch, and there are not a lot of high graphic combat focused games on the switch so its really exciting to be able to play such a game on the go.

I’m most excited for EA sports NHL 20, Madden 20 and FIFA 20 releases and hoping we might see these on the Switch.
Nvidia’s announcement of making their G-Sync technology compatible with certain freesync monitors! There are so many different monitor choices now, its awesome.

I am most excited for Bethesda Softwork’s Wolfenstein: Youngblood (developed by MachineGames and Arkane Studios). I’ve been a long time Wolfenstein fan and the first two games of this new series brought a lot of fun and excitement to it. I’m incredibly excited for a more open-world game and really cannot wait to play coop with my friends! There’s nothing better than connecting with friends online who I normally wouldn’t see every day to play something we all can enjoy.
