Finally after months of waiting, the event that our gaming customers have been waiting for is here: E3 week! Every year during E3 there are great announcements of new games, new features in games you love, and so much more. Check out our E3 hub for great deals from Best Buy, and great information from the show. Best Buy’s fantastic E3 2019 Gaming offers will be live as of June 7th.
Best Buy will be sending bloggers Jon Scarr and Mélanie Boutin-Chartier to Los Angeles to report on all of the announcements, and capture images and video from the press events (that begin on the weekend prior to the actual show) and from the showroom floor during the event from June 11 to 13th. What gaming announcement are you most excited about this year? Perhaps it’s a new version of a game from your childhood. Alternatively, it may be a recently released game that was demoed at last year’s show. This may be the year when you discover something new that quickly becomes a new favourite. With the rapidly changing gaming landscape thanks to new streaming options you may have recently changed where and when you play games.

PlayStation 5. I switched from Xbox to PS4 and I’ll never look back. Very impressive machine and I hope for good things for the 5. I love the number of things you can do with the PS4, the quality, everything about it from software to thee hardware.
I’m most looking forward to Nintendo’s announcement because we’ll likely hear about Animal Crossing 2019 which was announced back in, if I recall correctly, October!
Animal Crossing is a series so close to my heart, I brought my GameCube everywhere so I could always play it! I was young and couldn’t read when the game came out and when my parents got tired of reading it for me the game ended up teaching me to read!
I am looking forward to more Borderlands 3 info and gameplay. I am hoping for a new IP.
I’m very excited to hear details from Microsoft on their new Xbox console. The anticipation of finding out about a new generation of gaming and to see the improvements and innovations that come with that are what makes me love being part of the gaming community.
I’m excited for almost everything that’s coming i would like to get the Astro a40 headset for my wife she broke her headset while dealing with our son. I’m super excited for the PS4 final Fantasy I have purchased everyone since I was a kid.
I’m most excited for Nintento to give more details on Pokemon Sword and Shield for the Nintendo Switch. I’ve played all of the Pokemon RPG games and can’t wait to see what they play like on Nintendo’s latest console.
I’m super excited for Cadence of Hyrule announced by Nintendo for the Nintendo Switch. I love rhythm games and The Legend of Zelda. So having both in one game has me hyped!
CD Projekt Red’s Cyberpunk 2077. They’ve consistently put out quality games (see: The Witcher series), and I’m excited to see a well done open world Cyberpunk game. The trailers and gameplay shown so far speak for themselves – everything looks so seamless (transitions from event to event, what seems like the lack of QTEs) , and there is so much attention to detail with the NPC interactions.
Excited to hear about all next gen consoles and games especially Cyberpunk.
I’m looking forward to GameFreak/Nintendo’s Pokémon Sword and Shield. Having a mainline Pokémon game on a big TV is going to be so amazing. Been playing Pokémon for over 15 years so it’s going to be such a nice addition.

I have been gaming since I was 10. My dad bought me my first system (it was a nintendo) then every Nintendo following that!
I taught my son (as soon as he could sit up on his own) at 6 months old to play Mario Kart and Rock Band on the Wii. I have continued my dad’s legacy by being loyal to Nintendo and buying every system. A Nintendoite if you will.
I’m definitely looking forward to more Bayonetta 3 info! I absolutely enjoyed the first two games. The music, the atmosphere, and the characters were fantastic! I hope Bayonetta is still just as sassy in the next installment! Fingers crossed for a trailer!

I was very exited about the new mortal combat game. Remembering old days when playing on snes and using 3 moves mostly the tripping loop by Katana, would love to play that game and see what direction took the MK franchise.
Baldurs Gate 3
I’m really exited about the Microsoft conference, everything points to a new console announcement, also the new halo game it’s what I’m most exited about, I think it’s gonna be a great E3 with Microsoft saying that it’s going to be their biggest E3 yet, although they always kinda say stuff like that
Final fantasy 7 remake for PS4 game being made by squarenix been in development since the release of the PS4 and finally it’s getting more love and updates to what is happening can not wait to see what new and awesome stuff is shown also hope they don’t show a hype train game like anthem lol
Animal Crossing Nintendo Switch! So excited for a new version its a game everyone in the family can enjoy and it’s just so addictive can’t wait to see what’s they’ve come up with, we’ve been waiting so long m! I don’t own the platform would literally buy it for the game.

In 2019 I’m most excited for the new Pokémon Sword and Shield announcement from GameFreak on the Nintendo Switch. My daughter loves Pokémon and I grew up on Pokémon too so we play the games together and it’s lots of fun!
Final Fantasy 7 remake! So nostalgic. That was the first game I owned on the original PlayStation. Spent so many hours trying to figure out how to play it back in the pre internet days. Square Enix was legendary in the prime of the final Fantasy franchise. Hoping that their rendition of the characters stands up to my interpretation of the old, blocky, no voice characters that I remember. Cheers!

This years E3 has numerous items going for it that are exciting and exhilirating for me. From the possibility of Codename Scarlet to Pokemon Sword/Shield and even Marvel’s Avengers. But if I had to pick one that firmly cements in my mind that E3 is upon us is Cyberpunk 2077 from CD Project Red. I cannot wait to see what CD Project Red does with a video game adaptation of a table-top Role Playing Game. Every announcement, every picture, ever trailer gets me more and more excited!!!! I am counting down the days until I get to finally play this game from the people that brough Geralt, Yennifer, Ciri and Gwent into my life 🙂
I’m excited for the kingdom hearts 3 Dlc announcement and Bayonetta 3 . I’m excited for them both because I’ve loved them both since they came out on their original system. I don’t actually own Kingdom hearts 3 yet I’ve always used My friends ps4 to play it but it would be nice to own a ps4 pro to play it with!
I am most excited by the Nintendo announcement of Mario Maker 2 game for the Nintendo Switch. The first game on the Wii U still gets significant playtime in my house and I have no doubt #2 will get even more! Couch co-op is super-exciting!

I am excited to the point of exploding for Bayonetta 3! I also would like to see a release date for Cyberpunk 2077 and possibly a sequel to NieR:Automata. I am super hyped on The Outer Worlds too but that one is coming out in 2020.

Nintendo’s Bayonetta 3 by PlatinumGames/Sega for the Switch. The first two were such a blast to play that I literally bought the Nintendo Switch so that I could play Bayonetta 3.
Cyberpunk 2077 by CD Projekt Red, the trailers look amazing and almost anything from CD Projekt is so well done. I want to play this either on PC or Playstation 4.
Nier: Automata also by PlatinumGames but through Square Enix was so much fun that I think there will be a sequel announced. I plan to play this one either on PC or Playstation.
I’m excited to see if we learn anything official about FromSoftware’s rumoured collaboration with George R.R. Martin currently referred to as “Great Rune” that may be loosely based in Norse or Celtic mythology.
Can’t wait to hear more about PS5 & the other Next Generation consoles!!
I am extremely excited for Death Stranding. After seeing the trailer last year during E3, I was feeling that gamer itch. Now after seeing the reveal trailer not too long ago, I am even more excited than before. I have full faith in Hideo Kojima and his Kojima Productions team to produce a fantastic game. I have been a huge fan of his ever since Metal Gear Solid on the original Playstation so this is really important to me to see where his creativity lies next. I cannot wait for its release!
Really excited to see more of what Nintendo will bring to the table this year at E3. I also can’t wait to see more from the Final Fantasy 7 remake seeing as I just finished the original game myself just a few weeks ago.
It’s all about super smash bros! And perhaps Pokémon tournament on the switch, either way, great games and great to play with friends and family.
Hi, I’m excited for the new avengers game that is going to come out in PS4 by Square Enix. They have made some really good games and I really hope this one is good.

Final Fantasy remake on PlayStation 4! Develop by scare Enix Business Division 1, designers Yoshinori Kitase. It’s an action RPG. It’s first released was on the PlayStation in 1997. I first saw the publication on Facebook then I saw it on techradar.com
The exact date on the release is still unknown but it’s supposed to be late 2019.
I usually scroll down the game on bestbuy.ca to find myself new nice game.
We can now see that we can already order it from Best Buy for 79,99$ and it’s supposed to be available December 31, 2019!
I am a big fan of final fantasy VII and up! I also play ffXI and FFXIV online for many years. I would be so exciting if square enix would make a new final fantasy as food as ffVII, ffX or FFXII!

I am excited for 2 reasons.
First the announcement of the new Xbox console from Microsoft.
Second loved playing Legend of Zelda on NES, SNES, and Gameboy. Can’t wait to play the new game: Legend of Zelda; Breath of the Wild. Also excited to once again be able to play Legend of Zelda; Links Awakening. Think it’s cool they are keeping it the way it was played on the Gameboy with the top down view. Then I can share my enjoyment of the game with my little man.
