Finally after months of waiting, the event that our gaming customers have been waiting for is here: E3 week! Every year during E3 there are great announcements of new games, new features in games you love, and so much more. Check out our E3 hub for great deals from Best Buy, and great information from the show. Best Buy’s fantastic E3 2019 Gaming offers will be live as of June 7th.
Best Buy will be sending bloggers Jon Scarr and Mélanie Boutin-Chartier to Los Angeles to report on all of the announcements, and capture images and video from the press events (that begin on the weekend prior to the actual show) and from the showroom floor during the event from June 11 to 13th. What gaming announcement are you most excited about this year? Perhaps it’s a new version of a game from your childhood. Alternatively, it may be a recently released game that was demoed at last year’s show. This may be the year when you discover something new that quickly becomes a new favourite. With the rapidly changing gaming landscape thanks to new streaming options you may have recently changed where and when you play games.

Include in your comment the manufacturer who made the announcement, the title of the gaming item, and why this announcement is so important to you. Is it a game, a console, or something else? Microsoft just announced on May 31st that Xbox Game Pass is coming for the PC! That means day 1 releases of all first party titles and with titles from the likes of Bethesda and Deep silver on the way as well I am pretty excited! I love playing games on my PC and my consoles but the price sometimes gets in the way. With game pass it’s like renting games, you try them and if you don’t like them you’re not out a significant amount of cash.
I’m most excited to hear about animal crossing for Nintendo switch, it’s been sooo long since the last animal Crossing game on 3ds and having the next title come out this year is amazing!
My girlfriend and I bonded over the 3ds game before we started dating so we’re both very excited for this next one.
I am most excited for the new Xbox Console news. I have been an Xbox fan since the first Xbox, and thoroughly enjoy new technology announcements.
Super excited for the new Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order game from EA. Been a huge fan of Star Wars ever since I was a kid. The game brings back nostalgia of wanting to be a Jedi. I can’t wait to pick up a lightsaber and play this on PS4
I’m definitely most excited for Nintendo/Game Freak’s announcement of the new Pokémon games: Sword and Shield. I’ve been playing Pokémon my whole life and it holds a really special place in my heart. I’m really looking forward to see how they keep the series going!

I’m most excited for the Legend of Zelda Link’s Awakening remake for the Nintendo Switch. The legend of Zelda is my favorite franchise and I’ve never had the chance to play this one.

I’m most excited for the super Mario maker 2 announced by Nintendo switch. I had super Mario maker on my wii U but unfortunately my friends little sister broke the disc when I gave it to them for a weekend. I miss the game so much and can’t wait to see what they come up with in the new one
I want the latest news on CD PROJEKT RED’s Witcher 4. I’ve played Witcher 1-3 and by far Witcher 3 was the best.
Persona 5 Royal
I am most excited for the Avengers Project from Square Enix on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Microsoft Windows. I really loved all of Square Enix’s games and hope that the game will have an open multiplayer like spider-man for PS4.
I always look forward to Sony’s announcements at E3, but since they will be silent this year….. I am most excited to see the reveal of the new XBOX hardware. I think this is why Sony is staying quiet this year, so they can learn about the competition and adjust where it may be needed. Big things are coming in the world of gaming! (I hope!)
Most excited for Cyberpunk 2077
Lara Croft shadow of the tomb raider for xbox one x I’m like super excited but I dont have it witch sucks because I really want it pls best buy your the best pls and xbox one x is the best too.

Ohhhh man, I’m beyond excited for the Final Fantasy 7 remake from Square Enix. They always have been the leaders in RPG’s and FF7 is the best game ever made. I spent a ton of time, with my buddies going over this game. Stoked to replay it all over over again with my kids! Ahhhh the memories…

I’m looking forward to whatever From Software is cooking up (hopefully on ps4). I’m a huge SoulsBorne fan and Sekiro is my game of the year so far, so my interest is piqued. Plus, rumour has it that George R.R. Martin is involved somehow.

I can’t wait for The Legend of Zelda: Cadence of Hyrule on Nintendo Switch by Brace Yourself Games. I’ve been a fan of Legend of Zelda since I was a teenager playing my SNES— it was my all time favourite game! Now, 20 plus years later, I’m still an avid player.

PS4 – Sony- Death Stranding from Hideo Kojima . Kojima has been set loose with no one to hold him back I’m either going to be love it or hate it with no inbetween.

Ghost recon breakpoint from Ubisoft. I love all things Tom Clancy and Rainbow Six is still being played often in this house.
Borderlands 3 from Gearbox looks like it’s going to be a worthy successor to an incredible franchise. Hundreds of hours have been spent on each game before it, and more will come!

When Nintendo made the announcement for Super Mario Maker 2 this is when we started looking into getting a Nintendo Switch! My son loves it for the WiiU and is so proud when he builds a hard level! He loves this game and as parents we love that he can use his creativity! Hopefully we’ll win a Switch!
I am most excited for more details about the PS5 from Sony. The release of this console will signal a new evolution in gaming, I think, with game designers able to take greater advantage of the new console’s power to create even better, more realistic games!

My son and I can’t wait to get our hands on and play Luigi’s Mansion 3, which is an upcoming game in the Luigi’s Mansion series for the Nintendo Switch. It has a similar playing style to the last two games and this time, Luigi starts in a tall hotel-like building. We are excited for this title since my son has collected so many Mario & Luigi titles from Nintendo’s Switch, Wii U, Wii and DS that Luigi’s Mansion 3 will be played with the same kind of fun!
I’m most excited about borderlands 3 for PC. I’ve been playing borderlands since the first game years ago. I’m currently play the remaster edition and am loving all over again makes me even more exited for September. Gearbox studios knows how to make a looter shooter and i couldn’t be happier.
