1. Final Fantasy 7 remake is the one I am looking forward to most. It reminds me of my childhood.

2. Nintendo’s announcement of the game Mario Maker 2 for Nintendo Switch. After watching those Nintendo Direct trailers, this new game makes the first Mario Maker look like a beta version! So many improvements, additions, modes, and new ways to create. I’m so pumped!

3. The Pokemon Company announced Pokemon Sleep. I am excited about this because its just a bizarre thing to me that I can’t wait to see what and hoe they do with this game!

4. I’m excited for COD Modern Warfare. Would love to see the COD franchise come back to what it once was during 2009-2012.

5. I can’t wait for 343 in industries to announce halo:infinite. Played every single halo game and thoroughly enjoyed them all. Can’t wait to see more on this one.

6. My fave announcement so far this year was when Studio MDHR announced Cuphead was coming to Nintendo Switch. Now I finally get to play this amazing game that all my friends had been raving about. Even better that it’s made by a Canadian video game developer!

7. For myself, the biggest announcement in gaming for 2019 it’s the new cpu that A.M.D. will release in july( Ryzen 3000 series). Because it’s a real change for the industries, less watts consume, less heat produce, with maybe, better performance than INTEL…

9. I am excited that Ghostbusters: The Video Game Remastered will be released on PS 4 later this year. I have always loved ghost busters and a new game would give my family months of pleasure. The development of the game is being handled by Saber Interactive and I hope it will be well dome and be a new hit in our home.

13. Love Pokemon and fire emblem series, even though I never finished any fire emblem games, and for pokemon i grew tired of it but still enjoy seeing the new pokemons themselves. Final Fantasy 16 and the 7 remake is on my list. However, Astral Chain seems like an interesting game, and I cannot wait to see more of it.

14. I’m really hyped to hear more details about Infinity Ward + Activision’s upcoming Call of Duty Modern Warfare game reboot – from what I can gather, there will be a robust single-player campaign as well as an expansive co-op world; both of these things interest me very very much!

    I’ve been a fan of their franchise since the start – and while things kind of went on a tangent in the last few games, it’s good to see them go back to the solid ones, even if it is a reboot. :). I would like them to flesh out characters or at least give us more adventures with our old friends like Captain Price

    Title of the gaming item – Death Stranding
    Why this announcement is so important to you – My favorite game announcement is Death Stranding from Kojima/Sony; The new trailer that they released looked awesome and finally showed off what kind of game we can start to expect. Also finally getting a release date and its coming THIS YEAR in November!! So cool!
    I really enjoy Kojima’s story telling (even though its a bit confusing) and his style of games. They are very ‘Hollywood Movie’ focused which is right up my alley for the type of games I love to play.

18. When Nintendo confirmed that Animal Crossing Switch Release will be coming in in 2019 it blew me away. After getting burned at the E3 2018 I was a bit apprehensive. I have been playing Animal Crossing, New Leaf on my Nintendo 3DS since 2012 and cannot wait to begin the next game adventure hopefully in September. i has watched every trailer on youtube. I knew it was real when Tom Nook confirmed in and that Isabelle is joining the fight.

19. Square Enix and them going to announce the new Avengers game. I love Avengers my kids also love them. This is exciting news for us. The announcement will be made at E3 and I’d love to be there.

20. Developer CD Projekt Red announced that they were gong to be at E3 2019 I was stoked. After watching the hour long demo at the 2018 I was hooked. I have always loved RPG games and Cyberpunk 2077 did not disappoint. Their first person perspective and so many dialogue options makes me tingle. Maybe this year there will be an hour long HANDS on demo.

21. I have been a Zelda fan forever and once I saw the announcement on a Nintendo Direct Video that aired on February 13 i have been waiting with baited breath. As soon I heard that The legend Of Zelda : Links Awakening it is getting a HD makeover with enhanced graphics on the Nintendo Switch I was hooked. I cannot wait to see what they have done

22. I think Death Stranding by Kojima Productions on PS4 has me the most interested. From the mystery that has been surrounding this game from so long to the almost never miss PS4 exclusive library. I can’t wait to find out more!

23. I am most excited for Borderlands 3 (developed by Gearbox) and Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order (developed by Respawn). I loved the first two Borderlands games and am excited for the next installment. Also, I have always loved the Star Wars stories/games and look forward to finally having a new one-player story to play after such a long time.

24. I am over the moon for the Pokemon Sword and Shield by Game Freak and Nintendo for Nintendo Switch. This is a new game that Nintendo announced and I am very excited. We still have all our Gameboys of yesteryear and all the games and user guides including the Nintendo 3DS. My son and I have completed every game several times and cannot wait to once again CATCHEM ALL!

25. Well, to be completely honest, I would love nothing more than to see a release date and more from “The Last of Us II” get shown of course…..but things have been very quiet lately, so I won’t keep my hopes up too much, but you never know.

    However, the recent surprise trailer and announcement from UBISoft of “Ghost Recon: Breakpoint” has me VERY excited…..and that (at least for now) is the one game this year which is at the top of my list (along with many others) that I will certainly be VERY likely to be picking up!!! ****Although, with how UBISoft tends to give false pre-release adverts and promises……I’ll have to wait until just before release to ensure what they actually DO promise actually comes true before i DO purchase. But right now, it is certainly looking like it will be a great adventure and game.

    WHY do i choose this one? For me personally….it’s not all the shooting and killing……for me it’s simply getting “lost” in the WORLD……and the bigger and more “alive” it is, the better. The more variety of biomes and things to do, the better……and the more “realisitc” all the environments, weather effects, etc…….it just pulls you in and makes you “feel” like you’re there and that’s what I LOVE about games like that.

    This is my “hope” in this game. They did a “good” job with “Wildlands”……but there was a LOT they still could have fixed and did to make it GREAT………so hopefully they have done that in this new one…..and it will be an awesome adventure and a world amazing to explore and just have fun with!!

27. Im very excited to see more of Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order by Respawn Entertainment, because its been far too long since we had a good Star Wars games. Its long overdue. Plus Titanfall 2 is highly underrated, so I want to see them apply some of that genius to a new Star Wars game.

28. Nintendo’s announcement of animal crossing switch has me most excited. It has been one of my favourite games since I was a kid and I look forward to have a relaxing game to play after a busy day at work.

29. Definitely the new Pokemon Sword and Shield by Game Freak and Nintendo for Nintendo Switch. A new game Nintendo announced. I’m excited about this and it’s important to me because I know that my son loves Pokemon and he’ll be so happy when the new game arrives.

30. Persona 5: Royal for PS4, developed by ATLUS and published by Sega, is the gaming announcement in 2019 that excites me the most. I loved Persona 5 when it first came out in 2016, and Persona 5: Royal looks to be adding a lot more content to a game I already adore.

31. I am excited for the new high end xbox and what specs it will have. For games I am looking forward to Cyberpunk 2077 and to any news on Beyond Good and Evil 2.

34. MARVEL ULTIMATE ALLIANCE 3: The Black Order. I can’t wait for this game to come out for Nintendo Switch! I’ve played other games that look similar and they’ve been awesome so I can’t wait to try this when it comes out later this year!

35. Im beyond excited for E3. To this day i still feel like I’m 12yo on the say the conferences start. I’ve even been guilty of calling in sick just so i can watch everything live.

    I can probably list 20+ announcements that has me hype this year, but the announcement of Cyberpunk 2077 being at E3 2019 [by CD Projek Red] has me the most hype. After last years showing and knowing the studios pedigree, this game had the potential to breathe new life into the openworld/shooter genre.
    Halo Infinate by 343 Industries is another game I cant wait to see more of as it also has the potential to put Halo back on the map like it hasn’t been in a long time.
    Sorry I couldn’t pick just one, E3 has me too hyped.

36. Bayonetta 3, It’s been a few years now since we’ve seen anything and I feel like this E3 Nintendo will finally have something to show for it.

37. Nintendo’s announcement of Mario Maker 2! Loved the first one and can’t wait to get my hands on the second to start making some new awesome levels. This time around, I’ll be making levels to play with my 4 year old son, who was just a baby when the first was out but is a huge Mario fan now!

    Nintendo/Gamefreaks Pokemon sword and shield has got me the most excited for 2019. This is because Pokemon has been my all time favourite gaming series ever since I was a child. I can’t wait for them to bring over the mainline games onto a home console for the first time!

39. Anything that my son is excited about as he is an avid gamer

40. Marvel’s Avengers from Square Enix. The fact that Marvel (like they have with Spider-Man and Iron Man VR) is actively promoting this has me excited.

41. I am most exited for the new Pokemon Sword and Shield by Game Freak and Nintendo. I am so exited for the new world and playing the first full original style Pokemon on a home console is going to be amazing. Cant wait to play it with friends.

42. I’m excited to see what Xbox has in store. There’s no arguing they’ve been ‘losing’ to Sony in terms of units sold and exclusive games.

    Last year, MS set themselves up by announcing all the new and acquired studios, and this year I’m hoping we’ll see what these studios have been working on.

    Also the potential of then talking about the next Xbox console(s) has me hyped.

    Microsoft has all the pieces setup, this E3 will be their chance to use them.

43. So far my favourite game announcement is Death Stranding from Kojima/Sony, very happy to be shown more of that game and have a release date. I’m super excited to see more of Cyberpunk 2077 from CD Project at E3.

44. the game Halo: Infinite by 343 Industries because I have played every halo and cant wait to play a new one

45. What I’m most anticipating from the year with E3 2019 is Halo Infinite gameplay reveal. Halo has been a huge part of my life. It has impacted my life greatly and I’ve met hundreds of amazing friends through the halo games over the past decade. This is my all time favorite game franchise. It comes out for console and this time around PC!!!! Great way to expand the fanbase and reach a whole new audience of gamers. I will be primarily playing on console. Hopefully I can get an Xbox One X or maybe the next gen system so that I can experience Halo Infinite in it’s best state.

46. For me I want to see more of OuterWorlds by Obsidian and Private division. It screams old fashioned Fallout with some amazing updated graphics. Can’t wait

47. I am very excited to see more about Cyberpunk 2077 and Borderlands 3 —- but I can’t choose which I am most excited for!!!

48. The new Legend of Zelda game from Nintendo is going to be epic! Can not wait to play the remake of this classic!

49. When Nintendo announced and showed details for Mario Maker 2, I was super pumped! It will be out ahead of E3 but will be playable! This is great for playing with friends!

50. My favourite gaming announcement so far in 2019 is that The Legend of Zelda: Link’s Awakening is getting an HD remake on Nintendo Switch later this year! This is my favourite game of all time and I am VERY excited to play it again! If Best Buy gets some sort of special edition for this game I will likely purchase it no matter the cost!!!

    Nintendo made this announcement during a Nintendo Direct video on February 13th. They could cancel every other game this year and I would still declare this year as a win just because Link’s Awakening is coming out again! I can already hear the Ballad of the Wind Fish playing, just by thinking about this game!
