The holidays are almost here. For many people, that means travelling to see loved ones or just getting away. Naturally, when you are travelling, you’ll want to bring some games to play on the go to keep you busy. This year we saw an overwhelming amount of fantastic video games.

However, some of them are better suited to gaming on the go than others. Whether you’re planning a trip across the country or to someplace warm and sunny, these are my picks for the best Nintendo Switch games to play on the go.

This is a great game to play on the go when you have a little bit more time to really sink in and play.

  1. Jon, you have some great ideas here! I loved Link’s Awakening, but it is a remake of my favourite game so I’m not surprised by that. I’ve played a little Mario Maker 2 and the DQXI demo, I’d love to play more of those. I’ve also been really interested in Super Lucky’s Tale since it came out so I think it would be great to play while travelling. There are so many great games to play!
