Philips shavers and toothbrushes motivate us to care for ourselves. I am a huge advocate of their products: I’ve used Philips shavers my whole adult life. And for the past few years I’ve had cleaner, healthier teeth thanks to my Philips electric toothbrush. The benefits go well beyond looking better too. Enter this contest and if you win you too will understand why I never want to be without Philips.

Discover the importance of “me time” with Philips

How much time in a day to you set aside for personal care? I know some people do a better job at this than others; and, circumstance may have changed recently for many people, so they aren’t doing things like haircuts and dental visits as often. That should make setting some time for yourself each day even more important.

Many guys lately, me included, have been letting their facial hair grow lately. I don’t mind having a beard; I do mind when it is unkempt. With a Philips shaver or trimmer trimming and shaping your look would do more than just make you happier with your appearance. Putting yourself first for a few minutes each day will make you an overall happier, healthier person.

Finding personal time each day is easier with personal care tools

We all need to invest some time each day on ourselves to stay healthy and happy. One great thing about the new Philips electric toothbrushes is they tell you when you’ve brushed enough. Most people who get one learn immediately that they had not been taking enough time for oral hygiene. I realized very quickly after starting to use my Philips toothbrush that my whole mouth felt better and looked better as a result.

For this contest, I want you to think about how much time each day on average you actually spend on taking care of yourself. Then imaging if you won a prize in this contest and how using it for a few minutes each day might benefit you.

How to enter

Entering this contest is easy but you can only enter once. In a comment below, tell us how many minutes on average in a given day you spend on yourself and do you think this is enough, too little, or too much.

What you can win

At the end of this contest we will select 6 winners. One will receive a Philips Sonicare Toothbrush, 2 will review Philips Total Boday Shave and Trim,  and 3 will receive a Philips Shaver 6000.

This contest runs from May 1st to May 17th.

Remember you can only enter once. However, you probably know someone else who could use a few more minutes of “me time” and would love a chance to win a Philips prize so share this contest with them.

  2. I don’t spend much on myslef(I do tale long shower sometimes and bath with my baby at night) as I think I am beautiful the way I am and I don’t need any extra to feel beautiful Thanks for the chance to win

  3. I spend about 2 hours a day on myself which includes mostly exercise and a puzzle/activity of some sort. I do not think it’s enough !

  4. I spend about an hour and a half a day and it’s enough for now. This includes making Breakfast, brushing my Teeth, taking a Shower then going for a walk or Jog while I enjoy some Music on my I pod. It helps to clear your Head and start your day off on a positive note. Stay safe everyone.

  5. I spend about 2 hours a day taking care of my health and wellness if you include exercise. Yes, this is enough.

  6. Probably approximately 30 minutes a day, mostly in the a.m. Actually it would be nice to have 15 minutes more to care for my nails but that becomes a “just if I can squeeze in” minutes sometime in the week.

  7. Well right now I have to say not that much running at 20mins and it is not enough but will continue to suffice for now

  8. About 45 mins as a part of my normal routine. Quarantine routine is a different story though. Either way, I think it’s enough time because that’s how long it takes.

  9. All depends on the day and my mood. If its work I can be ready quite quick. If Its an event then I’ll take my time and get it right lol.

  10. Only if im leaving the house ill spend about 30 minutes a day haha when im home stuck inside i never do anything

  11. I am fast on working days – like 15 minutes. I save the luxury time for days off – an hour.

  12. By the time I get my two girls going my own is limited – maybe 20 minutes? I make up for it on weekends.
