  2. It is important to take frequent short breaks away from the computer screen. while you’re on your short break, stretch, move around, and remember to drink water. This will help to prevent your body from straining, it is also important to rest your eyes away from the screen for a bit so your eyes do not get too strained.

  15. Change chair settings every hour or 2 a little so your body doesn’t get stiff is exact same position. Move your feet, raise your lower legs up and down to keep the circulation going!

  16. When I game for long periods I make sure to take breaks to move around a bit and stretch. I also make sure to keep hydrated and to have healthy snacks.

  17. Take the time to properly set up the chair to fit your body and you will stay comfortable for much longer.

  18. Get up at least every 30 minutes, stretch, walk around, gaze into the distance to give your eyes a break. Use a timer because time goes by so fast and you don’t realize it!
