  1. Adjust the chair you are sitting in for long periods to properly support your size and frame, then be sure to rise and stretch regularly.

  2. Apply the 20-20-20 rule to prevent eye strain. Basically, every 20 minutes spent using a screen, you should try to look away at something that is 20 feet away from you for a total of 20 seconds.

  3. Maintain a balanced lifestyle: good sleep habits, lots of exercise, maintain a healthy diet and make time for fun (Gaming)!

  4. Take frequent breaks where you get up and stretch or take a short walk to help prevent deep vein thrombosis from sitting in one positio for too long. This is common on airplane flights. Also helot to keeo our eyes healty by taking a few minutes every hour to close your eyes tightly, look off into the distance and then relax your eyes by closing them softly. This will help prevent dry eyes. Use eye drops if necessary. Happy Gaming!

  5. Gamers can play one game sat down, next game standing up, third game do squats, then sit and rest and start over. Take breaks every half hour to eat, drink some water, get out side and play a sport. Only 2 hrs a day online 🙂

  15. Set a timer and when it goes off, get up as soon as possible after. I use a music podcast that is one hour long. When it goes off, I pause my game (or save and quit depending on the game) and take a 10 minute break. I use the loo, get a fresh drink, connect with my loved ones, and grab a healthy snack. Then back to the grind (OMG, the grind for materials!!)
