With such a big screen, you can divide your monitor between different windows. You’re able to choose between several preset split screen options which allow you to view multiple applications at once.

And if you’re someone that has a lot of windows open at once, you’ll also love the 5:9 preview option. It shows a preview of your different windows and lets you drag and drop them into the main screen area. Essentially, you can say goodbye to minimizing and maximizing screens ad nauseum.

What’s more, is that if you connect additional monitors, you can control the monitor separately or together, letting you get the best viewing experience for every screen. So no matter whether you’re watching the newest Netflix series, playing Red Dead Redemption 2, or working on a graphic design project, this monitor has the real estate and the features to make the experience of multitasking seamless.

For the times you want to hone in on a single project (would that be called mono-tasking?) the LG 38WK95C remains an ideal monitor. Though the screen is large, the rest of the computer has a minim

The enormous curved screen surrounds you and pulls you right into your task. Imagine connecting two or three of these monitors—you’d have your own fortress! Other features like the spectacular WQHD resolution, built-in speakers with Rich Bass, and a next to non-existent bezel erase the outside world to help you achieve hyper-focus. 1. I usually have multiple windows up during the day (browser, twitter, e-mails, etc).
Having such a wide screen to lay it all out would really streamline my workflow!

  2. I would definantly use this to edit the thousands of photos i have taken of my 6 granddaughters and play games on it with the grandkids and watch tons of movies. Theres so much i could do with this awesome monitor. Thank you for the chance 🙂

  3. This would be great for research papers and working on accounting. I also love watching movies so this also helps too!

  4. I work from home, and could really use the extra real estate to work on more than one document at a time without switching screens!

  5. Gaming and you tube videos about gaming says my son. Doing multiple spreadsheets on one screen says my wife. Netflix and moving watching say I.

  6. I would used it as a multi-monitor setup on one screen for coding. 1/2 for code and 1/2 for requirements/documentation.

  7. The ability to view multiple windows and actually see the information in those windows would be a game changer for my book inventory business!

  8. My wife and I are expecting our first child in April 2019. I am going to be doing all of the photo and video editing at home and would love this to do it on. I can totally see myself achieving hyper-focus with this monitor while the baby is crying and chaos ensues around me! I will need all the help I can get!

  9. Duo screen on one monitor would definitely help with multiple tasks including sorting and organizing pictures for photobooks!

  10. The boyfriend and I both work in tech. He was just promoted to work on an intense project. No extra pay, but great experience. It’s a very stressful one and the work doesn’t end at the jobsite. Between long hours at the office, continuing work in our home office that could certainly use some TLC.. then catching up on a little TV and gaming.. it’s a lot of screentime. I’d love to get him a nice new monitor rather than our old 3D playstation monitor and various little TV monitors strung together to make the job easier. But spending $$ won’t help his stress levels.

  11. I could enjoy listening to music with the built-in speakers with Rich Bass, while I check emails and facebook.

  12. This would make a great workspace for my server and infrastructure management, being able to RDP at 1080p while still having screen realestate for the host or a few ssh sessions without any distracting bezels.

  13. As a self employed multimedia developer, I currently use multiple monitors for video editing and image processing. I always have multiple windows open for email, spreadsheets, code editors and test versions of the apps and websites I’m developing. My monitor requirements include colour correctness, high resolution and quality sound. It would be awesome to have the increased resolution and 99% colour correctness, and to finally be rid of the the seam between my monitors. I have limited desk space, so replacing multiple cables with USB-C and a single stand would be a very welcome benefit. The maximum resolution on my best monitor is only 1920×1080, so a jump to 3840×1600 would be awesome.

  14. I’d love to win this because it’s so hard to look at your computer screen for work but need another screen for additional information

  15. my wife would use it at home in her at home office for work with her insurance company she works for, much easier than those small screens on the laptop.

  16. OMG, can we say MOVIES!! My fiance is a gamer so this would be a great birthday gift (coming up in a few weeks btw lol).
    Thanks for the chance.

  17. I have 3 LG 1080P monitors right now, it’d be awesome to get to experience a seamless view – be it gaming, editing photos or videos, or just to have that extra. Plus LG monitors are best in class at a great price.

  18. I would have Spotify open on the left 1/3 of the screen, I would have Adobe Dreamweaver open in the middle 2/3 of the screen and I would have Adobe Photoshop open in the 3/3 part of the screen. So that I could build a website, design as needed and jam out to some sweet tunes!

  19. This would be so appreciated and used in my home office! I lost my life as I knew it after a car accident many years ago, where I ended up with a spinal cord injury, that has left me unable to work a regular job. I’m trying to start my own home business up on a disability budget. To be able multi-task and have the vision of my designs right there, would be a game changer in how difficult this has been for me lately!

  20. Currently trying to change careers and learning to code would be a lot easier on this than on my tiny laptop screen!

  21. Being a web developer, I would love to code and test on browser simultaneously on this monitor rather than switching tabs on my laptop screen 😉

  22. I’m a video editor as a profession, it’s perfect for creating videos, adding screen effects and I can see the full timeline of my videos while editing.

  23. I have two mismatched shape and size monitors now to work with Lightroom and Photoshop, Would be nice to replace them with just one good one. Also wouldn’t be too terrible to game on either.

  24. I work from home and I am also working on completing my undergraduate degree so I could use this to help me keep organized and on task – it would be amazing for hyper focussing. I spend a great deal of my time on the computer and multi-tasking is essential to keeping me organized and on task.
