With such a big screen, you can divide your monitor between different windows. You’re able to choose between several preset split screen options which allow you to view multiple applications at once.

And if you’re someone that has a lot of windows open at once, you’ll also love the 5:9 preview option. It shows a preview of your different windows and lets you drag and drop them into the main screen area. Essentially, you can say goodbye to minimizing and maximizing screens ad nauseum.

What’s more, is that if you connect additional monitors, you can control the monitor separately or together, letting you get the best viewing experience for every screen. So no matter whether you’re watching the newest Netflix series, playing Red Dead Redemption 2, or working on a graphic design project, this monitor has the real estate and the features to make the experience of multitasking seamless.

  1. As a student this would really help me get my notes done faster because I can have my textbook on one side and word on the other which would be great rather than doing this on my laptop

  2. This monitor would help me a lot because I work on a small laptop and hooking it up to a bigger screen will help me be more efficient due to multitasking Capabilities and also it would really help my eyes because staring at a small display makes it really hard to work after awhile

  3. This monitor would be so handy for doing data entry where I need to have the data sheet and excel spreadsheet both up at the same time.

  4. Definitely would love to have this monitor for gaming.. specifically iRacing.. This would be a dream to have.

  5. Definitely for multi-tasking purposes. My 2 kids for gaming. Having a big screen that I can enlarge the graphics and fonts would be nice.

  6. I’d be glad to edit workplace safety videos on this deluxe LG UltraWide Curved Monitor unit. Eliminating the flat edges allows for a clearer, easier to monitor view of the multiple screens I keep open in the creative process.
    Thank you LG

  7. I certainly would love this screen as my eyes are failing due to glaucoma. Screens with blue colour are hard to pick up while working on my projects.

  8. Photography!! Viewing has more depth. enjoy a richer contrast performance and better viewing angels

    They’re prone to glare.!

  9. Photography!! – pictures have more depth, enjoying a richer contrast performance better viewing angles than flat tvs

  10. This would be perfect for my mom who has Macular Degeneration and finds it difficult to read on the 27″ monitor.

  11. I could definitely make use of this awesome monitor, connected to my laptop, in MANY ways. Besides the improved clarity while gaming, being able to read/compare/connect on split screens/multi-windowed & curved screen of this size, would make my life easier. Also, it could prove critical with improving my disabilities, in various ways, but that’s hard for me to explain. Thanx for the chance to improve my basically house-bound reality!!

  12. This would be perfect for animation alongside the 32” monitor I bought last year from Best Buy. I need this.

  13. Nothing beats a code or text reference on the left and word/PowerPoint/visual studio on the right. If you decide to work full screen, word can fit at least 3 pages side by side and you have more space for split code editors in visual studio.

Oh and games. Lots of games. Immersion in 21:9 is terrifyingly good.

  14. Having a single monitor that can perform all kinds of editing with room to spare for the user interface, along with PIP to simultaneously view other devices, would be a massive functional and aesthetic upgrade for my small office space.

  15. I would use it to open multiple spreadsheets and computer programs. It would help me with my work at home.

  16. I design websites and draw comics. For web design it’s a no brainier, I’d use the extra screen space to code and refresh the broader to see my results. No minimizing! For comics, reference drawings on one said, Photoshop on the other! 🙂

  17. I like to have a large font on my screen but sometimes that puts some of the items off screens so I have to change the viewing size which makes it hard to see some printing.
