Adding a monitor, like the many types from ASUS, to your home computing environment is the easiest way to boost productivity and make gaming more fun. Going from one monitor to two opens up even more possibilities. So consider what your life will be like if you win this three monitor set up that we are giving away in this contest.

How does adding a monitor change how your work and play

What would you do with more screen real estate? My wife and I were discussing this yesterday as I was making notes for this article. As a teacher tasked with doing online instruction for the first time in her life, she had no trouble seeing the benefits of three monitors. She’d put Zoom on one, for her video interaction during her classes, put her Google Forms assignments and quizzes on another screen, and use the 3rd screen for Microsoft Teams or email depending on which class she had at the time. Rather than flipping from one application to another on the single screen she currently uses, she would have them all right in front making her work so much easier.

Multi monitors are a gamer’s dream environment

I actually sent this contest prize to reviewer Dave Neufeld to test (that’s his photo at the top of this article!). Dave correctly points out that we are chronic multi-taskers (as my wife’s situation above supports) and having extra real estate helps a lot! But he also tested it for gaming and found that this particular set up with three amazing ASUS 27″ VG279QM TUF gaming monitors, connected using the ASUS ROG Bezel-Free Kit to give the illusion of a seamless appearance between each individual monitor is very impressive.

The winner of this contest will get all three monitors and the Bezel-Free kit! Read carefully the rest of this article so you don’t miss out on a chance to win.

How to enter

Entering this contest is easy but you can enter only once below and once on Dave’s review article. Yes that is correct you can enter twice in total. In your comment you must state how you will use the extra screen space. Will you dedicate one screen to photoshop, one to email … what will you do with three 27-inch screens in front of you!

What you can win

At the end of this contest I will draw one winner who will receive three ASUS 27″ VG279QM TUF gaming monitors and the ASUS ROG Bezel-Free Kit.

This contest runs from April 3rd until April 20th.

Remember you can enter once below this article and once below Dave review article for a total of two entries (as is usual for our contests, entering more than one comment at each location is not permitted).

  1. I can use these monitors for all the free courses I signed up for. One to watch the video and the other to do the practical work on.

    Thanks…

  2. I do a lot of group skype and technical work/programming where not only do I have skype open but a web browser with information an IDE or RDP session to do the work. Doing this on one monitor makes things very difficult.

With 3 monitors, I would have my skype/teams video and chat open on the right monitor, my IDE or RDP session open on the middle and the article I’m referencing/reading on the left monitor.

I even know how to lay it all out to be most efficient.

  3. Well one for work, and of course entering contests, like this one. One would be good to teach children.

  4. I would use one monitor for articles, one for word processing, and one for a python interface.

  5. I would use one screen for productivity such as school work, I would use another one for a task list and I would use the last one for Discord.

  6. I would use one for before picture, one for works in progress and one for the last finished work.

  7. I’m a web developer, so I’d love to have my code on one screen, my current project/website on another, and email and chat on the third!

  8. So cool! I would use some space for my photos and some for my photobook program that I am using to make books for my family.

  9. I would use one for my personal email and chats and the other 2 to split between work chats and work programs!

  10. I will use these screens to multitask like I do at work with my multi-screen setup. Could be anything from grocery flyers on my screen and list on another, to working out bills with bank accounts on one screen and spreadsheets on another, to helping with doing my taxes with several forms open at once etc. This is an awesome prize Best Buy! Good luck everyone!!

  11. I would use one for personal email, one for excel and the other for work related programs to look things up for the excel!

  12. Since working from home, it would be used for different spreadsheets and accounting programs

  13. My wife is working a lot from home now (accounting) and struggles with switching constantly between excel spreadsheets, email, company digital records, email and video conferencing. This amazing hardware would alleviate her migraines and make her job so much more efficient !

  14. I’d have one for my personal computing, one for work, and one for documents that I’m editing.

  15. The wife would love this set up for grading exams/papers. No more opening and closing, access to the platforms she needs all open right in front of her.

  16. This would be awesome to have!! I would use one for social media, one for contesting and one for emailing.

  17. I have always wanted a home flight simulator. This multiscreen ASUS setup would finally give me a immersive video setup to make that happen.
