There’s so much pressure when it comes to making and sticking to New Year’s resolutions, especially when those resolutions are focused on making positive changes in the interest of your health. You might have the best of intentions, but without the right tools at the ready, the risk of eating leftover pizza right out of the box before January has even come to an end is pretty high. To mitigate that risk and help you stay on track with your resolution, here’s a list of what I consider to be “must have” kitchen devices, appliances, and tips for healthy eating.
