  34. WOW. Checked out the AI fridge at Best Buy in Winnipeg, and was blown away. How often have I wondered if I still had enough milk, or other items while at the store. This would be so helpful.

  36. I visited the Best Buy Express in Smithers, BC. Because it’s an Express location, they didn’t have the premium display models available to check out in person, but I would absolutely love to try the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra! I’ve been looking at the specs online, and its Photo Assist with Galaxy AI features for instantly perfecting shots look incredible for everyday use! My current Alcatel phone (circa 2015, purchased in July 2016) is than pouring molasses in January, and too old for current apps—sometimes I think a carrier pigeon or smoke signal might be faster!

    If I win the vacuum prize instead, the Samsung Bespoke Jet Cordless Stick Vacuum would also be a massive upgrade! The All-in-one Clean Station and 5-layer filtration would be a lifesaver for my allergies, my cat’s sensitive hearing and anxiety, and for transitioning from area rugs to hard floors. My loud 2012 Eureka is on its way out and literally projects debris out the back of the brush head! Time for an upgrade. I miss my days in Vancouver when I could just pop into the Cambie or Robson stores to see everything in person, but I’m thrilled to enter online!

    The Samsung Bespoke Jet Cordless Stick Vacuum is also VERY cool! The All-in-one Clean Station for hands-free emptying and the smart 5-layer filtration system would make cleaning so much easier—for my allergies, wall-to-wall flooring and the large area rugs, and my cat. My 2012 Eureka AS1001 is on its way out, and while it was ideal for my former, carpeted apartment in Vancouver, it’s not as conducive to effectively hugging the surfaces of flooring in my current residence—even on its lowest setting, the spin brush project debris out the back of the brush head! It’s still great for the area rugs, but it’s NOISY and CUMBERSOME to try to store (in an apartment with ONE closet)!

    Time for upgrades and updated technology! Too bad I can’t “go back in time” to when I lived in Vancouver, and was easily able to visit the Cambie Street or Robson/Granville locations to see ALL of the amazing offerings in-store!
