If I had the Ninja blender, I’d whip up a banana-strawberry smoothie like I used to when my kids were little, with one or two fresh banana and a cup of strawberries I had frozen in advance. My daughter loved this with a splash of milk back then, but now that she is vegan I would substitute cashew milk.

  1. My favourite smoothie is 1 cup of plain greek yogurt, a cup of unsweetened cashew milk, 2 cups of spinach, 1 frozen banana, 2 tbsp of almond butter, a cup of ice, a few drops of stevia extract to taste.

  2. Peanut Butter & Jelly Smoothie-
    1 cup frozen blueberries, 1,5 cup almond milk, 2-3 tbsp peanut butter, 1 tbsp honey, vanilla extract and 4-5 ice cubes.

  3. I like to mix it up but my fav go to is banana and mixed Barry’s with hemp or chia seeds and and orange juice.

  4. My fav smoothie consists of banana, strawberry, chia seeds with plain greek yogurt & unsweetened almond or soy milk to watch my sugar intake as well!

  5. For a cocoa, coconut, banana smoothie, you need 1/4 cup sweetened shredded coconut, 1 1/2 cups plain yogurt, 1/4 cup milk, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1 ripe banana, and 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder. Blend till smooth.

    (Always add the liquid first)
    Frozen Raspberries (about 1/2-1 cup)
    Frozen Blackberries (about 1/2-1 cup)

    That’s it – Tastes like yogen fruz!

So many yummy recipes . strawberries, apples, carrots, almond milk,spinach and watercress, pineapple.,banana so yummy. the ninja blender is awesome, I had one up until this summer when I have used it every day mostly for the last 8 years. Its an awesome product. I made many meals with it including dog food! Its strong enough to break up well cooked chicken bones (dog food). Much better than the vitamin! They also Make a great coffee pot. Definitely my favourite brand of kitchen appliance!

  8. I keep things simple by added frozen field berries, banana, protein powder, flax seed and some Almond Milk.

    – 1/4 cup frozen berry mix (any/all of cherry, blackberry, raspberry, strawberry…)
    – 1/2 cup frozen blueberry
    – 1/2 banana
    – handful (3/4 cup?) spinach
    – any/all of pumpkin seed, hemp hearts, flax seed, protein mix
    – 3/4 cup water (and/or coconut water)
    – sometimes I put a large scoop of Greek yogurt in to make it smoother
    Blend until smooth and enjoy….!

    1 handful of spinach
    1 banana
    I yogurt cup
    I scoop of vanilla protein powder
    Milk or water

  19. Orange Creamsicle Smoothie
    Ingredients:
    – 1 frozen banana
    – 1 orange peeled and seeded
    – 1/2 cup almond milk
    – 1/2 cup ice
    – 1 tsp vanilla extract

    Instructions
    – Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender, and blend on high for 1-2 minutes or until smooth.

  21. My favourite smoothie recipe is ¼ cup carrot juice,½ cup orange juice,1 cup spinach,1 cup roughly chopped kale, 4 small broccoli florets, 1 banana and 1 apple

  22. This looks like a great blender….Mine won’t even crush ice to make my summertime Margarita’s.. 🙁 So I stick to soft blending Smoothies with Almond Milk,Yogurt and fruit usually. Good luck everyone!

  24. We try and Mix it up seasonally Right now I put 1 banana 50g each of frozen broccoli, spinach, kale and 140 grams of peach and blueberries 1 scoop of Natural Vegan protein and 5 walnuts and just enough water to blend ! Thanks bb

    Cup of frozen super fruit
    Enough water to mix well, about a cup
    And blend

  26. My absolute favorite smoothie to make is a Vegan Date Almond Smoothie. It’s amazing as a dessert or for pre-workout energy.

    3 Dates
    1 Banana
    2 tbsp Almond Butter
    1/2 Cup Ice
    1 1/2 Cup Almond Milk

    Blend until smooth!!
