Breville Express Impress is the espresso machine of your dreams

I once thought that making espresso at home was too complicated to get right. I love coffee when it’s done by a trained barista, and I know I am not a trained barista! I bought a very cheap espresso machine many years back and it just frustrated me. My attempts never hit the mark, never produced consistent results, and didn’t taste very good. Many of you reading this can likely relate to this experience.

    Reviewing, the Breville Barista Express Impress, I like the integrated grinder that provides fresh coffee. My wife loves espresso and so does my mom (being Italian) and I would say this would impress both of them especially when I can surprise my wife after doing something dumb. And I would make espresso first with a great christmas biscotti.

    From the video, the “Taste the difference” that talked about getting the ratio of coffee, water temperature, steam and pre-infusion right to perfect the cup of company. This is something that I would like to play around with to find the perfect cup of coffee.
