I once thought that making espresso at home was too complicated to get right. I love coffee when it’s done by a trained barista, and I know I am not a trained barista! I bought a very cheap espresso machine many years back and it just frustrated me. My attempts never hit the mark, never produced consistent results, and didn’t taste very good.
