oculus quest 2 untethered gamingAn Oculus Quest 2 is real entertainment like you’ve never experienced before. Whether it’s watching a movie, playing a game, or exploring a new travel destination, you will not believe how close you get to being part of the action. This is definitely one of the hottest entertainment/gaming devices of the year, and we are very happy to be able to offer two as prizes in this contest.

Oculus Quest 2 is virtual reality with no strings attached

Finally VR has become what we all thought it was to begin with. You see, VR promised to allow us to feel like we are in a different place or time. Some do this better than others, and some, like the original Oculus, have been quite amazing. However, it’s hard to totally immerse yourself in a game or movie when an attached cable keeps tugging you back to the real world. That’s one of the immediate advantages of the Oculus Quest 2: with no tether, no attached cable, you quickly lose yourself—the virtual environment essentially becomes the real world for you!

  1. What do I love about it? No sensors required, no PC required, high resolution but can also be linked to a PC wirelessly. The cost is amazing as well!

  2. Big fan of the system, had the first quest and it was sweet the wireless functionality of it as excellent. This will make an excellent addition to be able to play with my siblings as well

  3. Well, I love vr in geberal because is somethint new to the game market and innovator.
If I need to choose one headset, I think oculus quest 2 is the best headset because: is the cheapest, you can play the oculus exclusive games and steam (that means you can have more games then other heaset like valve index headset), is standalone or PC (I can play games at home on my pc or if I want to show the amazing to a friend that don’t have a pc I can do it) and is easy to setup because you don’t have base stations.
And of course I’ll use it for gaming. 🙂

  4. I would love to use the quest 2 for 360 videos. I’ve got family who can’t go out and see the world and spend time with each other so want to make some videos that they can watch in VR. Then the family dinner we can record in 360 and they can join in on it

  5. Wireless AND wired capabilities means the VR world is endless between Oculus and PC. Higher res and faster refresh than the Quest. Would use for endless sim racing and FPS.

    • What do I love about it? No sensors required, no PC required, high resolution but can also be linked to a PC wirelessly. The cost is amazing as well!

  6. If I win Oculus quest 2 I will mostly use it for 3d video consumption as it provides fully immersive experience.

  7. I love that us it wireless, it does not need a computer to get set up. You can move freely and you don’t need to worry about your surroundings as the quest will do that for you and you don’t need to set up cameras to keep aware of your surroundings. It can connect to your phone for set up its light, and compact. The games I will use it for is bear saber, and other vr games that I can get my hands on.
I would like to thank you for this great opportunity for those that can not afford the quest.

  8. With Occulus quest, I’ve discovered new kinds of workout. I really want to try boxing training…..and without any wire

  9. All in one VR system, with more pixel density per eye, and no wires attached! I’ve followed beat saber since the release of beta and would love to finally own a VR system to play it. May also try to create models to use in my school video game program I’m making.

  10. The oculus quest 2 has one of the highest resolutions on the market, couple that with the fact that you can use it wirelessly and attached to a pc and it’s an all around winner!
I would gift this one to my girlfriend and buy one for myself so that we could play together and with friends. And for VR sculpting!!

  11. Love that I have to have a Facebook account to use it….just kidding, I hate that. But everything else is great. Wireless, high-res display, 90Hz refresh rate, compact and easy to take on the go.

Use mine for both home office work and gaming. Fantastic. Hope to win one for my wife so we can play virtual table tennis together!

  12. Man I would kill to try out the new Quest!! Better graphics (check) no wires (check) build in sound and cameras (check) oh! And the games are super affordable too!!

  13. My nephew has been following the release of Oculus Quest 2 quite closely for months! We have seen the reviews and read many articles. He is most excited to play games, but I’m sure he would explore everything the experience has to offer! He has even cleaned his room so he has enough space to play! So I would give it to him.

  14. I love the portability, and the insane resolution that the Oculus quest 2 can produce. Truly a marvel of technology. The fiance and I had our first dates to a vr Cafe which unfortunately closed, so getting to hop back in to the escape of reality would be wonderful.

  15. I love the quest 2 because of the standalone capabilities! I would at last be able to experience vr without having to turn on my little beast for only 2-3 beatsaber songs and I would still be able to see my friends on vrchat whenever I’m on the road!

  16. The best spec/price on the market, no wire this thing is just spectacular and it’s more then just classic gaming, it’s something that we can use to be close to each other even in a pandemic, movies or gaming? Both, because it does it all!!! One real nice piece of affordable hardware!

  17. Q2 is the best vr headset out there, better value then the index and wireless even wireless pcvr with Virtual Desktop

  18. I’m going to use it to connect with my work teammates through Spatial VR (a virtual reality collaboration space). That, and of course gaming! I like the fact that they managed to achieve 90Hz at 4k resolution with such an inexpensive package.

  19. Love that no PC is needed to play VR games. The oculus quest 2 is great due no wiring needed as well. Will definitely be playing games with it. Thanks!

  20. It’s wireless, and all my friends have a vice. This one may be cheaper, but at least I have a chance of winning one. One day I hope I can enjoy playing VR chat and beat saber with my friends

  21. We have four boys aged 7 to 16. Our oculus has been used and enjoyed by all of them. There’s content for all of them to enjoy. My wife who isn’t even a gamer has found it great for exercise since she is not getting out much due to lockdowns. It would be great to have more than one so I could get a chance to use it!

  22. I love the fact you can play it wirelessly and that I can also connect it to my PC and get access to even more VR Titles ..my daughter and son both love VR and our entire family would enjoy the Oculus Quest 2!

  23. The benefits of a Quest 2 is definitely the wireless part. I would love to be able to just take it around to friends and family (after covid of course) and cast it onto a tv while every takes a turn playing beat saber or superhot.

In the meantime, I would like a Q2 to show the wonders of technology to my parents and have them play some rhythm games with me.

  24. I love the Quest 2 because of how incredible and unique VR experiences are, and how accessible the Quest 2 makes them to people. If I won, I’d give it to a friend so that they can experience how incredible it is as well 🙂

  25. I love that it’s not tethered but you still have the option to play PC games! I’d use it mainly for playing games!

  26. I love that it can transport you to a whole other world. When you feel trapped by pandemic precautions and just sick of the how every day the world seems a little more insane, it’s an escape to a place where you can feel in control.

I’d use it for gaming and videos equally. The fact that you can hook in earbuds so as not to disturb the family is an added bonus. It seems like nothing I’ve every experienced in my life

  27. I would use the quest 2 to play my ever expanding library of VR games anywhere I want. And show more people!!! My quest recently broke down.. I miss it

  28. 1. Super excited for no wires attached!! So I can finally…
    2. Play beat saber and not trip over the wires !!!

  29. I love the wireless feature of this to play games and new aspect to bring to connecting with people around the world.

  30. The best VR ever, because you can do virtually anything without cables. I will use it for Table Tennis and beat saber mainly, as well as Tetris, watch Netflix in bed and meet others in VR chat. Can’t wait

    • I would love the Quest 2 because of how incredible and unique the VR experiences look and how accessible the Quest 2 makes them. As I person with disability it would be amazing to experience things from the comfort of my own home. Thing that physically I wont be able to take part in. Like rollercoasters and things of that nature

  31. Hi ! I love the potential of such a platform ! I will personally play some games but mostly row with my concept 2 rower with a rowing game. Either that or do some spinning with a Bluetooth sensor paired.

  32. I love that the oculus quest is wireless and seems to be very family focused.

We would be using it mostly as a family to play games, maybe watch a couple shows on it. I have been wanting one for a while but cant justify the purchase quite yet…

  33. I’ve heard VR games can create motion sickness. If that’s the case for me, then I will likely use it for more for movies than games.

  34. Wireless love it heard great things about this I would totally use this for gaming with my son ty so much for the chance merry Christmas
