Many years ago, when my children were younger, I bought a projector to use as the main display in my basement home theatre. I was shocked that it never stayed in one place: my wife would move it to the bedroom to watch a movie when she was sick in bed, my kids would move it to their bedrooms for sleepovers, and I even took it to work a couple times for presentations. That’s something you certainly can’t say about a television. Rarely a day went by that it was not used for movies, gaming, work and more.

I would give this projector to my mother for Mother’s Day, she is rebuilding her cottage that was affected by mother nature. With her love for old movies combined with our love for new flicks along with the multiple HDMI sources the BenQ projector would not only be the perfect gift, but also the cherry on top to a perfect summer!

Favourite feature would have to be the DLP, because it is the best for handling motion, and has less issues with convergence.
I would use the projector in many places, as it’s so versatile. However, except for the winter months, I would use it outside a lot. My family loves movies, and it would be really fun to hang a white sheet up on our backyard and watch the movies outside. We have a large backyard with a fire pit, and it would be fun to invite people over for movie nights, as well.
I would use this projector in my living room connected to my home theater setup.

I like that it said it projected a massive image with amazing clarity. So we can make the image really large and still keep a high resolution image.
