I need the Sleepbuds II! I have insomnia, trouble sleeping and my hubby snores, so these would be a literal dream!
Of the sounds Christine reviewed, I would like Naturescapes – Rainforest, to fall asleep.
Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night and have trouble getting back to sleep. With these earbuds I can listen to soothing music and fall asleep without worrying about taking out the earbuds.
THESE WOULD NOT BE FOR ME, SINCE I SLEEP WELL. HOWEVER, PETER, MY BROTHER-IN-LAW DOESN`T. This would help me sleep as my husband likes to music to fall asleep – which I hate as it keeps me awake! So I would make him wear them – we could both sleep then – him with his music and me with some quiet!
