LG displays have a reputation for excellence

You are likely familiar with the amazing televisions produced by LG. Those have been among the very best screens you can buy: a reputation that continues year after year. To start with, the 240Hz refresh rate is amazing. Consider that many monitors are refreshing the screen at half or a quarter that rate.   1. I think for me and my roommates it would be a great way to connect in our living room space. We just recently moved in together and one of us has a switch. We play it usually on the little handheld on the coffee table we have but a monitor would be a great upgrade for sure.

  16. I went from a budget $129 LG monitor to a gaming monitor with 144hz refresh and gsync and honestly it doesn’t live up to the quality of the LG. I have been in the market for an LG high end monitor for months, just waiting for the right price on an ultra gear monitor.

    It can be used with a computer, a gaming system and also a TV.
    Fast refresh rate really makes a big difference when using a monitor up close for gaming and for TV.

  37. Gaming monitor is better as it can be used for high performance gameplay with accurate colour like a tv. And it better for setups in the bedroom and desk as well. I would probably use to take my gameplay to higher depths and take advantage of that 240hz panels. I’ll be cracked at the game.
