What is an external SSD?

External solid-state drive technology is a fast and reliable storage solution that can store thousands of gigabytes worth of files. Many computers nowadays have SSDs as an internal storage device, but the problem with relying on your own computer’s storage drive is that it can slow your system down as you max out its capacity. Now all the random videos and photos I filmed of him doing every day things like reading the newspaper (his favourite thing to do) have taken on so much more meaning.
