My dad has yet to try to make his own healthy smoothies. He’s done the okra soaking and whatnot but seriously, I’d love him to give an okra SMOOTHIE a try! Okra, apple, carrot, ginger, spinach, yogurt plus whatever milk or milk alt he wants. In fact, I’d probably make it for him lol

I think my dad would want to make some kinda soup, so some squash, salt/pepper, greens, garlic, onion. Blend it all up and cook it.

I think it would wonderful making a blueberry & strawberry smoothie with my dad using fresh seasonal berries.
