My dad likes these drinks called “South West Virgin Pina Colada baby” He would probably use real pineapple, real mango, dragon fruit, pineapple juice, coconut cream, vanilla extract, 4 cups of ice and blend it all and let the teeth of the “Wolf” smooth everything out!

My Dad is lactose-intolerant & doesn’t like most greens, so, a green smoothie with almond milk, chopped fresh kale & spinach, a banana, almond butter, chia seeds & honey might trick him into making a healthier snack choice.

My father is gone but for those fathers who don’t cook I’d suggest something simple like a strawberry milkshake, or maybe a mango one.

He needs to eat healthier, so I would encourage him to make his own fresh fruit and veggie smoothies rather than buy the store bought ones that have way too much sugar and other unhealthy ingredients!
