Get inspired to create amazing food with a new Breville appliance

Canadians have been rediscovering their kitchen lately. This has been more challenging for some people. Even for me, someone who absolutely loves cooking and creating and experimenting with food, there are days when I don’t feel it.

A new appliance always helps, but one of the new Breville microwaves would totally solve that problem. We recently had two of their newest models reviewed. You should read the reviews of those machines: you’ll be astounded by the variety for foods you can make.

We’ve all used microwave ovens and I think my experience on my 5 year old machine is probably quite typical. You put something in, turn it on, the timer rings, you take it out, stir, put it back in and repeat, until it finally it’s so hot you burn your mouth (and somehow there is still that one section that is ice cold!).

For each entry, tell us one food item or recipe that you would make in one of these Breville ovens if you win. You must specify which oven you are referring to in your comment. For example, a valid entry might be: if I win the Breville 3 in 1 oven I will make a decadent chocolate cake.

Also each entry must be unique: if you enter here and on one of the review article, you must specify a different food item.

What you can win

At the end of the contest we will select two winners from all valid entries. One winner will win the same Breville 3 in 1 oven that was reviewed by the blogger. The other winner will win the same Breville Smooth Wave microwave that was reviewed by the blogger.

  7. If I am lucky enough to be chosen as the winner of the Breville 3-in-1 Oven, I would first of all just be ecstatic! Then, I would proceed to bake a delicious classic thick crust pepperoni pizza for my family and I to enjoy!

  9. If I won either of these amazing appliances I would try defrosting chicken first….normally do it in the fridge and so hard to judge how long it will take. Takes the guesswork out of making dinner.
