After suffering a heart attack, aortic valve replacement, triple by-pass surgery and getting a heart pacer seven weeks ago, my cardiologist has told me to get a fit bit to monitor heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen level and BTM. My wife inspires me and I’m doing great but want to do better.
