Hi @PaulH I pre-ordered FFXIV Heavensward in-store Bestbuy near Surrey Central, BC. The cashier says I should receive the early access code but nothing yet. I called 1-866-Best-Buy and got transferred 5 times! They don’t know what they’re doing. And then the last guy gave me a code and I didn’t even give him any information nor my receipt number. And it was an invalid code! He tricked me so that he could get off the phone.
Could you please help me instead? I hate calling that number because it’s too inconvenient and they don’t have a clue! I went to the store and they said call that number, and then called and they said visit the website, and then the website says call the number, I called again and then they said go back to the store! How about you? Can you help? Is there a way I can message you privately?
@Coouge Please see my message here, our Plug-In bloggers and myself cannot assist you further. Customer service is the only outlet that can provide you with a code, do contact them directly for assistance.
Thank you,
BBYJuby
@BBYJuby The store lady in-store told me earlier that she can cancel my order and pre-order it again to see if it works. She doesn’t seem to be sure, so I don’t want to risk it. What do you think? Should I cancel and pre-order it again? I called your customer support over 10 times now and they don’t have a clue.
@BBYJuby If I cancel my pre-order and pre-order it online, can I still get the access code or it’s too late now?
