It is back to school season; we all know there’s one essential item that belongs at the top of every student’s must-have list—Bluetooth speakers! It’s time to pack your backpacks, polish those pencils, and get ready to amplify your academic groove. And as you gear up for a fresh academic journey, we’re thrilled to give away the Sonos Era 100 and Sonos Era 300 multi-room speakers that were reviewed on our blog. So, whether you’re a student diving into textbooks or a parent waving goodbye to a college-bound scholar (like me, as my son takes his first steps towards independence this fall), get ready to discover how you can win these fantastic speakers and transform your space into a symphony of sound, style, and success.

Create your own audio oasis: study, strum, or simply savor!

Picture this: you’re nestled comfortably in your dorm, surrounded by the gentle hum of your favourite tunes, perfectly suited to your mood. With the Sonos Era 100 and 300 speakers, your musical daydreams can become an everyday reality. These portable speakers are designed to seamlessly integrate into your living space, whether you’re hitting the books, strumming your guitar, or simply unwinding after a rigorous study session. With the Sonos app at your fingertips, you can curate playlists that cater to your vibe, creating a personalized soundtrack to every moment. Worried about that upcoming history exam? Let classical compositions whisk you away to an era of enlightenment. Need an energy boost for that early morning workout? Pump up the tempo with heart-pounding beats. The possibilities are endless!

And here’s the kicker—my son, in his own soon-to-be student abode, envisions having Bluetooth speakers not only to grace his room but also elevating his late-night study sessions—perhaps even turning them into impromptu jamming with newfound friends.

  1. Gloria Gaynor’s “I Will Survive” has been my academic journey’s theme Everyone wants to just get through it.

  2. Gloria Gaynor’s “I Will Survive” has been my academic journey’s theme I couldn’t wait to be done.

  3. I guess my academic journey song would be “Eye of the Tiger”. I took an electronics course at a time when few women were in the field. (I was one of three women) I made a career in a male dominated field and retired after 35 years with a lovely pension. There were challenges along the way but I met and overcame the majority of them.

  4. “The Future’s So Bright I Gotta Wear Shades” based on the fact I am finished school and looking to the future

  5. My theme song would be Alice Cooper singing “School’s Out” because that was the happiest moment for me by far.

  6. The song that has helped me most through my academic journey would be “Take it Easy” by the Eagles. It reminds me to relax on the most stressful days and reminds me of good summertime memories with my family, which gives me the motivation to push through so I can get to those relaxing times once again.

  7. My academic journey’s theme song would be “Riptide” by Vance Joy, because just like disaster and emergency management, it’s all about navigating through turbulent waters with resilience and staying afloat against the odds.

  8. It would be “Fight Song” by Rachel Platten. What a song! It helped me get into the mindset of overcoming what seemed like a stone wall that was impossible to push, let alone break. This song will be the first song I play if I win!

  9. The Future’s So Bright, I Gotta Wear Shades, because at the time I graduated, people in my field had opportunities to work wherever they wanted.

  10. Gloria Gaynor’s “I Will Survive” has been my academic journey’s theme. As I began, it echoed my resolve to thrive despite uncertainties. During challenging semesters, it became my mantra, a reminder of my resilience to overcome. It resonated during late-night study sessions, fostering camaraderie and humor amidst the academic chaos. This song celebrated my capacity to learn from setbacks, reinforcing each stumble as a path to success. It embodies my academic journey’s spirit: resilience and the unwavering commitment to thrive.

  11. Theme song would be ‘The Long and Winding Road” by the Beatles cos it took me sooo darn long to finish lol.

  12. My academic theme song would be, “Ain’t No Rest for the Wicked” by Cage the Elephant, because I often waited until the last minute to complete my assignments, and would pull all-nighters to finish them.

  13. Gloria gaynor – i will survive…..because i failed a few times in my life before finally finding something i was good at and i enjoyed.

  14. Jazz nightclub, for all the late nights. And for the clubs I *sometimes* found myself at after reading only some of my readings.

  15. The theme song would be “Don’t Worry Be Happy” because less worrying helped me get through the academic years. Taking time off from studying to include happy times, like travelling, was good for me.
