I’ll go over some of the things that I like about them. What I really want to know, though, is what you like about Samsung QLED TVs. Why would you want the best television available in your home

Technology evolves. We’ve seen this happening as each new speaker design, new smart home tech, and new computer come out that sound better, or do more, or do more a lot faster than ever. Television technology too keeps getting better. When I was young, my family had a tiny TV set with a black and white display and only two channels. In only a few decades we now have unbelievably massive and slim TVs that can be mounted on a wall like art work, and can deliver almost an infinite variety of entertainment with realistic clarity to our homes.

Picture what owning a new Samsung QLED TV in your home would look like. Can you do that? Me, I don’t know if I fully can. Right now my television is a 27 inch Samsung TV from over ten years ago. My imagination struggles with how different watching movies or sports would be; or how gaming would be more immersive, realistic, and just so much more fun.

Here are some of the things I like about the newest Samsung QLED televisions. First of all, there is the Quantum Dot tehcnology with dual-LED backlighting delivering brilliant colours and stunning contrast. Then there is the AI processor ensuring no matter what source of content, it will be enhanced to fully capitalize on the size and features of the screen. The last feature that I love and want in my home is Ambient Mode, so when I’m not watching television my living room has beautifully imagery, or artwork, or useful information on display—rather than having the room dominated by a big, black rectangle.

  18. Love the idea of an AI processor that assesses the source content. With so many aspect ratios and format coming in from so many sources, it doesn’t always do justice on a big screen.

  28. Turning that tv into a beautiful canvas when not in used is such a brilliant idea. No need to buy a painting to decorate the place, all you need is ambient mode with that frame. And if you wanna change the canvas, you can change it whenever you want.

  33. I really like the quantum dot technology embedded inside it for sure means less light bleeding, sharper image and better hdr. Would love to have one.

I really like the idea of Ambient Mode – this feature – which prevents your 8K TV from being a big black useless blob when it’s not on, but rather is useful in the way of decorative art or even a display like weather info or beautiful photography. My newest TV is a 15-year-old plasma and I also have 2 more even older TVs with cathode ray tubes, gasp! Yes, it’s time to win this Samsung 65″ 4K UHD HDR QLED Tizen Smart TV and retire the other three.

  36. I would love the ambiant mode to expose my kids to the beautiful world of art! Watching the amazing resolution and colors would be nice too.

  44. I like “The Frame” which makes it more of a piece of furniture that is more harmonious to look at.

  47. I really like the combination of built-in apps as well as multiple voice assistants for voice commands; and, the Motion Rate 240 for really smooth action sounds awesome!

  48. The Quantum Dot technology sounds interesting. My current TV doesn’t come close to this technological marvel!
