I’ll go over some of the things that I like about them. What I really want to know, though, is what you like about Samsung QLED TVs. Why would you want the best television available in your home

Technology evolves. We’ve seen this happening as each new speaker design, new smart home tech, and new computer come out that sound better, or do more, or do more a lot faster than ever. Television technology too keeps getting better. When I was young, my family had a tiny TV set with a black and white display and only two channels. In only a few decades we now have unbelievably massive and slim TVs that can be mounted on a wall like art work, and can deliver almost an infinite variety of entertainment with realistic clarity to our homes.

Picture what owning a new Samsung QLED TV in your home would look like. Can you do that? Me, I don’t know if I fully can. Right now my television is a 27 inch Samsung TV from over ten years ago. My imagination struggles with how different watching movies or sports would be; or how gaming would be more immersive, realistic, and just so much more fun.

Here are some of the things I like about the newest Samsung QLED televisions. First of all, there is the Quantum Dot tehcnology with dual-LED backlighting delivering brilliant colours and stunning contrast. Then there is the AI processor ensuring no matter what source of content, it will be enhanced to fully capitalize on the size and features of the screen. The last feature that I love and want in my home is Ambient Mode, so when I’m not watching television my living room has beautifully imagery, or artwork, or useful information on display—rather than having the room dominated by a big, black rectangle.

  3. Currently my console only shows my games in HD. I’m missing out on 4k! And with the next generation around the corner set to boost game visuals to another level its going to need 8k to really set the efforts and details.

  6. I’m in awe of Samsung’s latest TV technology and yes, Ambient Mode is brilliant and one of the many incredible features.

    I’m also in awe with their AI image enhancement and the Quantum Dot/dual-LED back-lighting contrast/sharpness look like they can create only stunning images.

    We’d be in total awe of all this incredible technology in our home (a massive upgrade from our existing 27″ CRT, don’t you think?).

  8. First I’m a LG guy. I would loved to be swayed by Samsung first by having a large 65in in mine and my home,but it would have to have what LG has been providing which is clear quality hdr and amazing pixel viewing angles. Second its 202 and we are all gamers so hdmi 2.1 would be nice along with some awesome down firing speakers with awesome sound to hear over the cheers of my 2 and 4 years old haha heck even the wife gets into it. In all seriousness iv always seen Samsung in people homes and they look sharp so clarity would be a must to see.   10. Having a new tv at this time to keep the kids entertained would be awesome as my 2015 LG tv just died. The upgrade from a 47″to a 65″ screen would be awesome as well!
    Samsung’s TV line for 2020 looks impressive for both features and great looks! The AI and HDR features have really gotten my attention!

  15. I have terrible eyes so I’m all about the picture quality. This TV looks pretty amazing. I lovd all the different modes you can choose. I love the resolution and sharpness.

  17. I would love to have this feature in my living room, “a built-in swivel, the TV will rotate to display your media as it was shot so you can enjoy it as it was intended”. Sounds amazing. Never heard of this option on a TV.

  18. That HDMI 2.1 is not only a great addition to the Samsung Q series but future proofs you for the next generation of technologies coming out soon. One of the nicest additions to this years crop of tvs. Definitely a tv I have my eye on.

  19. Quantum dot technology sounds fancy and must be great too but for me it has to be the AI Processor – would LOVE to experience that and how it functions in my living room!

  38. Where to start? My old 48” lcd can’t compare. I’d love to have to one connect for the east cable management, the AI Upscaljng, and ambient mode! Also would love to have hdmi2. 1 for a new game console!

  39. Honestly, my currently tv sounds and looks awful, so it would be great not having to constantly change the volume depending on the action of film, and connect my devices easily with the Samsungs smart functions. The large size would being the whole house together!

  42. For me the best part, beyond the awesome resolution is the AI processing. I saw that in action during the “before times” when I was last at best buy and it was quite impressive!

  50. I dream of one day having a TV with Ambient mode. I can’t commit to buying expensive art… 1) because it’s expensive and 2) because I’m nervous I would get tired of it after some time. To be able to change up the vibe/imagery in your room would be incredible!!
