Televisions are a gathering place where you, your family, and your friends can gather to enjoy the latest block buster movie, or share in the excitement of a long-anticipated sports event. We recently sent one of these televisions to Erin, Editor for Home Theatre on the Best Buy blog, for an honest review. Samsung Galaxy S9 smart phones are essential for everywhere you go

No one wants to be without a smart phone. We use them for so many different things. Communication, of course, in all of its forms: email, social media, telephone, video phone, etc. They are also our daily little helper devices, waking us in the morning, keeping track of our appointments, holding our lists, reminders, and notes and directing us through traffic or toward a meeting in an unfamiliar part of town. The Samsung Galaxy S9 that we are giving away in this contest does all of those things, but if you win you’ll definitely be telling everyone about its camera.

The S9 is a premium smart phone, a standout, that you will want to tell others about. After all, what’s the point of having the best if you can’t let your friends and family know how good it is. The best way to do that is through the photos you take with this phone.

We asked blogger Ted Kritsonis to test this phone and write an honest review. As you’ll read in his article, this phone allows you to get amazing photos using “pro” mode, as well as capture fun and interesting slow motion video!

At the end of the contest we will randomly draw 2 winners from all eligible entries. One winner will receive a 65 inch Samsung Q6F 4K television, and the other winner will receive a Galaxy S9 Titanium smart phone.

This contest runs from June 29th until July 16th.

Essential tech choice: 22 hours talk time, memory: 4GB Ram/64 gb, 8 MP AF Sensor front camera, long lasting battery, bixby, Security Lock type: pattern, PIN, password Biometrics lock type: iris scanner, fingerprint scanner, face recognition Intelligent scan: Combines iris scan and face recognition for convenient unlocking and in some cases provides enhanced security for certain authentication services. With all these great features who wouldn’t want it? My current Motorola phone is 12 years old and as I’m on prepaid/pay-as-you-go plan, if I want to keep my plan, I would have to purchase a new smartphone, which is very costly.   6. The Samsung Q6F 4K TV would be my essential choice. The 4K picture quality on the QLED TV cannot be beat. Smart TV features such as built in Netflix and YouTube allows you minimize the devices required to enjoy contents from various sources. The Q6F is one of the most technologically advanced TV’s on the market today.

  10. Well Martin, I’d say Samsung Galaxy S9 would definitely be a huge step up in my life over my current phone. I take lots of pictures with my phone and being able to get a new phone with a better camera would be AMAZING! Heck, I’d probably be taking even more pictures then I do now and show them off to my friends.

  11. By far the best option for me would be that new Samsung Q6! I am currently using an older 1080p display and I really want to make the switch into the 4K UHD segment as I am an avid sports fan (Blue Jays, Tennis, Basketball (Celtics and Raptors). This would be an awesome upgrade for my living room.

The Samsung Q6F 4K Tv would replace the current 48″ Smart TV I am using in my office boardroom on a regular basis.   15. I’ve got to say that the picture quality demonstrated by the Galaxy S9 is making me reconsider buring an entry level canon dslr before my trip to Japan. Its amazing to me what software and tiny lenses can achieve when harmonized perfectly. I might even start using it for filming myself on classical guitar!

  16. Samsung 65″ 4K UHD HDR QLED Tizen Smart TV would be my choice, besides making my current television look like a lap top the Slim and sleek stand with an integrated clean cable solution ensures no tangled cables and a tidy look would solve one of my pet peeves…to many cables!

    -good motion handling which is perfect for PC games so my kids would love it
    -Samsung App is great and useful for control certain aspects of the TV

  26. The samsung Galaxy S9 smart phone is my essential tech choice because of the camera features. The camera has a variable mechanical aperture, has the widest aperture on any smartphone to date and these will allow to me take great pictures and videos.

  34. I LOVE that this smart phone had the capacity to take great pictures, I have an old I Phone and the picture quality is awful and its so old that the battery is consistently dying on me. A new phone is definitely more essential at this time

  44. The Samsung 65′ Tizen Smart TV would be my choice. I am a stay-at-home Dad and am usually fairly busy during the day, so having the Bixby voice integration would be great. No need to stop what you are doing and look for the remote, just call out and tell your Samsung what you want!! Life is good ‘eh?

The screen on the Samsung q6f 4k qled tv is an amazing 65 inches that’s so awesome would make you feel like you’re in mini movie theater and the 4k hdr resolution would be great watching the last season of game of thrones. The best feature is being able to control the tv using your smartphone by downloading an Samsung app this is what makes this television my essential tech choice.
