LG has created a new premium phone, the G8x, that raises the bar for what a smartphone can be. It has two screens: the one that accompanies the regular phone and another screen in its case: click the phone in the case and suddenly your phone becomes a multi-tasking wonder machine. Additionally, it has one feature that most of us hated to lose on other new premium phones: a headphone jack! You may just win this phone by reading this article carefully so you know hot to enter this contest.

Dual screen LG G8x is a game changer

You may be wondering how much use you would get out of two screens on a phone. Personally, I think it’s life changing. Face it: we look at phones more than we look at our partners. So, a dual screen phone gives us twice as much to look at. You can watch “Marvelous Mrs. Maisel” on one screen and answer texts on the other. You can have the game on one screen and the controller can be on the other. The possibilities are ENDLESS!

Yes, you might have noticed but I’m a little excited to try this. How would you use the two screens?

How to enter

Entering this contest is really easy, but you can only enter once. In a comment below this article, tell us how you would use the dual screens on this phone. I gave a couple ways that I would use it: what would you do?

What you can win

At the end of this contest, we will select one eligible entry to receive a LG G8X ThinQ Dual Screen 128GB Smartphone.

This contest runs from December 24th until January 7th.

Remember you can only enter once. However, you must know someone who is in need of a phone upgrade and this will put them in a select group of people with the coolest new technology on the planet.

Win a LG G8x Phone Rules and Regulations

Good luck.

  1. Multi-tasking with the dual screen or simply using it as a wide screen, with the phone in the background.

  2. I have to present in court. I could have one file open in onenote in one side and a 2nd file open in onenote on the other side.

  3. Landed in Canada few weeks ago and my Indian phone isn’t working with Canadian Sim card. I want to buy a phone but even the cheapest model is expensive for a student here. Will buy any one later and btw right now I’m using a friend’s phone. Need a good phone ASAP but at the same time can’t buy a expensive one.

  4. I would absolutely use this phone for all my multitasking, it would be perfect for watching and editing YouTube videos.

  5. I would use this to mimic my desktop setup. Email/SMS on one screen and youtube/gaming on the other screen.

  6. I would use it as an upgrade to my old phone, Motorola G4, and welcome in a new decade with updated tech. Also, a lot of streaming, playing games and using it for phone purposes like texting and calling my friends and family to tell them how awesome new phones are!

  7. I would the dual screens for reading and shopping. Running dual to compare deals or reading up different articles

  8. I would use one screen for work email and internet browsing and the other screen for messaging and video/entertainment.

  9. I have had a G6 and now a G7 and I can’t wait to upgrade to another LG product, especially this one.

  10. This phone is a multitasking machine. I would use it to watch YouTube videos and message friends and family at the same time

  11. The possibilities are endless but they mostly revolve around sports for me. I’d probably use them most for watching sports while researching fantasy sports stuff. Lol
PS. I’m in need of an upgrade… currently still using a BlackBerry phone.

  12. I would use the two screens to help with my studying of a second language. I would have google translate up, to actively translate the instructors lesson, but have my notes open to collect personal notes on the lesson.

  13. I would use one screen for doing my security guard training, the other for looking up whats required for the course without having to close and open new windows.

  14. I use two monitors for work and it’s amazing therefore I imagine this phone must be pretty awesome. I would use this for a lot of things such as watching Netflix while checking emails, watching YouTube while texting, or comparing information different sites at once.

  15. Easy. One screen use video, second productivity. Personally whenever I’m doing anything for university, I have a video on my phone with my work as it helps me focus. A dual screen phone can have a video, search things and a computer for typing.

  16. I would facetime with my kids while I visit my favourite blogs. I was forced to learn how to facetime by them but I think they regret that when I answer with curlers in my hair and a very scary looking face mask. Merry Christmas Best Buy. Thanks for all the great contests this year.

  17. I’ll be able to use my phone while youtube is on other screen.. That would be soo awesome.. I hate being stuck on youtube.

  18. I would just be a general multitasker, likely most often scrolling through text or SMS messages while not having to pause my video or game. Would be a life changer.

  19. I would FaceTime my sister while scrolling through Facebook and Instagram!! Great idea for two screens!! Makes it easier to search for things when on the phone at the same time!

  20. Whatsapp dedicated on one screen with Google keep (to do/task list) on the other while replacing Google keep as needed with other apps (social media, games, videos etc).

  21. I am not sure as I never have a dual screen phone, but I am sure that I will be able to do two activities at once
