Lenovo Smart Clock 2

Why do you need a Smart Clock? Can’t you use your phone to set alarms? Technically, yes. But the Lenovo Smart Clock 2 is a lot more than an alarm clock. If you like multi-purpose devices that allow you to do more with less, this smart clock might be for you. Read this article to learn about some of the Lenovo Smart Clock 2‘s coolest features and then enter this contest for a chance to win one.

5 things you can do with the Lenovo Smart Clock 2

The Lenovo Smart Clock 2 makes it easier to start and end your day right. From Qi charging to playing white noise and displaying your favourite photos, here are 5 things you can do with it that aren’t setting an alarm.

Lenovo Smart Clock 21. Charge your devices wirelessly

If you own two or more smart devices, you’re probably all too familiar with the nighttime routine of gathering all of your electronic devices, searching the house for the right charging cables, to finally plug them in so they can charge overnight. Well, the Lenovo Smart Clock 2 can spare you that trouble by allowing you to power up two devices wirelessly. Simply set your phone and earbuds or smartwatch on its wireless charging pad and let Qi do its magic. Voilà!

2. Listen to music or podcasts while you get ready

Take a moment for yourself in the morning to start the day off on the right foot by listening to music or a podcast. The Lenovo Smart Clock 2 features a 3W speaker and lets you connect to Spotify and other streaming platforms, so you don’t need an external speaker to play your favourite songs as you get ready. Check out the video review Shelly Wutke did for the Best Buy blog to hear how the speaker sounds and more.

3. Control your smart home devices

Thanks to the built-in Google Assistant, you can use the Lenovo Smart Clock 2 as a smart home hub and control your smart home devices from your bedroom. Turning the lights on in the morning or locking the door at night can be just as easy as asking Google to do so.

4. Display your favourite photos

Another perk of using the Lenovo Smart Clock 2 is that you can change the clock face and display your own photos on its 4” touchscreen, so you don’t have to choose between a frame and an alarm clock if you don’t have a lot of room on your nightstand. Simply save them to the Google Photos app and adjust the Smart clock’s settings.

5. Set up morning and bedtime routines

Finally, you can set up Google’s Good Morning and Good Night routines on the Lenovo Smart Clock 2. That means that you can wake up and ask Google about the weather and catch up on the news, so you’re prepared for the day. You can also play relaxing white noise at night to unwind and get ready for bed.

  1. The Lenova Smart Clock 2 has so many features to start and end your day, the smart way!
The white noise will soothe and prepare my mind for sleep at night. I’ll also be able to wirelessly charge my smartphone and smartwatch. In the morning I could listen to my favorite music or catch up on the news. Starting my day fully charged and ready to go!

  2. The ones that would help me a lot would be charging my devices wirelessly, playing white noise while I am sleeping, and playing music while I get ready for work/day off (I am a health care aide/nurse and work days and evening shifts).

  3. WOW looks like an awesome addition to the bedroom! I love that it does all that AND lets me personalize with a display picture. Great feature to make it fit in on my bedside table 🙂

  4. I love the ability to charge my phone wirelessly. I could just finish using it in bed and plop it down beside the clock, rather than getting up and charging it elsewhere!

  5. Looks stylish! I would love to automate some morning routines. Would be great to wake up to one of my favorite podcasts or stations again while controlling my lights as I make my way out of bed!

  6. The included charger seems like an Awesome feature while you goto bed hearing the lastest news and updates or whike making lunches fir the kids.I would definately use this on a daily basis .With 3 kids anything that saves you time us a must have.

  7. Cool little clock! I love that it will charge my iPhone and doesn’t just look like a clock but can display your photos.
Best thing for my morning routine is catching up on the news and weather without moving from my bed! I like that.
For nighttime, relaxing music or just white noise to help me calm the mind down would be perfect.
    Thanks
