Could your home use another security camera? Perhaps you don’t have any yet, so then the answer might definitely be YES! Even if you have a few, could you find a place to put another one? Enter this contest and you might win a fantastic new smart home camera from ezviz. Your home would then be on its way to becoming more secure in minutes.
How many cameras do you want around your home? My answer to this question is probably 6—and I am half-way there. I have one on my carport looking down the driveway, one by my front door and one by my back door. But that is not enough for me. I’d like one so I can see my garden shed, and one overlooking my vegetable stand. Both of these are not visible from my home so cameras would ensure that I can keep an eye on them no matter if I am home, or at work or wherever.
I also don’t have any inside my home; my wife is not too keen on cameras in the house. There are many good reasons to have one in the house (for example, to watch the pets when you’re not home) but she prefers to keep the cameras outside. I think her “no cameras in the house” outlook might change if I bought the Samsung Family Hub refrigerator with its 3 cameras inside so you can see the food without opening the door, and see what’s missing while shopping. Of course that is a whole different type of camera—extremely cool though! (Learn more about this fridge and other smart appliances in the article “10 surprising ways appliance technology has changed to make your life easier“.)

4 cameras one for the front, back, in the hallway, and one beside my room
Four cameras would be ideal. One for the front door, one for the side door, one in the backyard and one for the shed.
I would love 4 cameras. one for inside the house one for outside the house, one for the shop and one for the chicken coop.
4 cameras would be ideal! Front door, back door, garage door, and one for the backyard space. Thanks for the chance!
I would like 6 cameras around my home. Two facing the front yard area and 2 facing the back yard and a couple in the house.
awesome prize….been thinking about putting cameras up. A lot of creepy people come to doors and walk thru backyards!!
We have a very small area to cover, but would still be most comfortable with 3 cameras.
Would love to win this prize!!
I would need 2 – one for front entrance and one for back yard.
3 cameras would be great. One for the front door, back door, and one on the garage facing the driveway.
I would need 3 cameras for front and back of houseand garage
I believe that 4 camera would be perfect for our house. It would be nice to view around our property at night when we hear those bumps in the night.
I would be fine with 2, one for the front door/driveway and one for the backyard.
4 cameras to monitor the front and back of the house.
5 cameras so that I can monitor the green belt, the east side, front and back doors and the front gate.
4 cameras would be ideal for me , 1 for the front door 1 for the side door, in in the backyard overlooking the pool and 1 on the shed
(3) One for above the garage on the cars, one a wide angle shot of the street to the right and one for the left. (We have had a few car break ins of late on the street and protecting my neighbours and myself are always welcome.)
6. 2 front door. 1 side door. 1 back door. 1 shed. 1 driveway
2 cameras outside, 1 in the garage , 2 inside.
6 would be ideal, 6 sections of the house
I think 3 would be OK – 2 exterior in the front (one by the porch, one monitoring the driveway) and then one pointed from the inside of the house towards the back side to monitor any intrusions via the rear door or windows.
I would like 4 cameras outside, 1 in the garage and 2 in side to cover the living areas
Three on the outside, two on the inside … That would at least cover the not always visible areas.
We could really use 5 cameras outside and two inside our home. There has been a string of break-ins and car thefts lately in our area – luckily we haven’t been hit yet, but it would be nice to have some security features in place to keep the bad guys away ! Thanks for the chance to win !
I would need at least 4 cameras – huge double storey home on a .6 acre. I have four kids, two mentally challenged who tend to wander. All my safety and security needs come down to the safety of my vulnerable kids.
3 camera’s would work perfectly for us! One for the inside, and the two outside, covering the front and back of the house!
indoor -outdoor then i can go way and dont worry
4 cameras would be perfect, one for each side of the house.
Four cameras should do it: One for each entrance, one for the driveway and one inside. I don’t live in the greatest area so these would greatly improve my safety and security.
I would like two inside my home and three outside. Unfortunately we have had people stealing from our yard several times even though we put our stuff away and lock everything else the thieves still manage to get what they want. The cameras would be really good to have so we could catch these thieves.
3 would be the best for me, the garage, the front door and the backyard.
I’d like 4 cameras-one for each side of my home. This could monitor every aspect.
I think 6 security cameras would be great. Of course, the front and back entrances but I have the option of installing the other 4 as needed.
I’d want four cameras – one for each entry into my home (doors and garage door).
For our house, 4 would be great, 1 at the front door, 1 at the garage, and 1 on either side of the house.
The Mini Trouper 2-pack cameras would be perfect for our townhome because there are really only two access points that I would need to keep an eye on.
4 camera, one for each outside door, possible 2 more for inside my garage and house.
I would like to place camera’s at entry points in my home, along with one in the garage and one in the shed…..for at least a total of 6 camer’s
I think a 4 pack camera set would be adequate for the house but 6 would allow better coverage.
I would require 8, front door, garage entrance door outside (it is on the side of my property and will well concealed from the street this is where they broke in last time), garage door, interior garage door, upper patio door, lower patio door, one on the pool & shed area ( we can’t see from the house) and one for inside so I can keep an eye on the dogs when we are out.
^ as I live beside a public walkway and have had tgings stolen from our yard. It would monitor the shed, driveway, front door, back door, side yard and patio door.
Anywhere from 4-6 cameras would be ideal for a mid size home. In my setup I currently have one camera on my Car port and another facing the porch. Being a believe in the EZVIZ cameras i’ve stumbled upon this blog in search of adding additional cameras to my setup to now view the interior of my home and garage.
I would need probably five in strategic locations to see what I do at night when I sleep walk. Oh yeah, and to see what my dog does during the day when we are out. I am sure she invites others over…..
6 would be great 3 outside and one for kitchen, living room and litter box room so we can make public the ‘littercam’
3 cameras will be sufficient. Front and back door, and garage.
I’d want four cameras – one for each entry into my home (doors and garage door). Thanks for the chance!
3, front door, back door and one indoors for my son with special needs to help me identify safety concerns for him. Thanks!
I live in a detached house so I think 4 cameras is ideal for each side’s entrance and windows.
4….one each at the front door, living room, hallway and on the balcony.
I live in a semi detached home and think that 3 camera’s would be ideal, one for each side of the building. Great to have when there have been vehicle and garage break in’s in our area of late. Thank you!
