Casio Keyboards are the best playable and portable pianos

Last year (2020) was unlike the years that came before. We all faced new challenges. For me, those included starting a new job at Best Buy and learning how to run contests like this one. But now as we enter a new year, I am thankful to get a chance for us to learn more from this beautiful life and reach the goals set at some point in time. One of my long-term goals is to learn guitar. If you want to learn to play a new instrument, then this year might be the perfect time.

If taking up piano lessons is on your bucket list, Casio has a keyboard with some of the most cutting-edge features for you to consider. Some of the Casio keyboards also include a selection of freely downloadable resources designed by leading music educators to encourage progress and keep you motivated. What’s more, they are slim, stylish, and have a beautiful sound.

So, what are you waiting for? Enter the contest to win one of these incredible prizes and celebrate the musician’s journey from home to online studio through to performing your music on-stage—virtually perhaps, or eventually in front of a live audience.

How to enter

Entering this contest is easy, but you can only enter once below this article. In a comment, tell us who in your home is most likely to start learning a new instrument this year and what instrument will it be: a piano like the great Casio ones we are giving away, or a different instrument?.

What you can win

At the end of this contest we will select two (2) winners: one will receive the Casio 61-Key Electric Keyboard (CT-S100); the other will receive the Casio 88-Key Weighted Hammer Action Digital Piano (CDP-S350).

This contest runs from Jan 15th until Jan 29th.

Remember, you can enter only once below this article for these keyboards. However, share this contest with your family and friends just like you share the music you love, so they too have the chance to win.

  1. My son will be the most likely to learn the piano. He currently is learning bass to compliment his guitar.
A portable piano would work really well in his small bedroom.

  2. My middle son would love to learn the piano, he just asked for lessons this past week to help alleviate boredom due to Covid restrictions!

  3. My son and I would both love to learn how to play. There is so many self-taught musicians in the family, and thus far we are not among them, however we would love to be counted in their numbers.

  4. I would definitely be the person to learn a new instrument and I have always wanted to learn to play piano, so this is such a great (and timely) contest – thank you!

  5. I am most likely the one to re-learn the keys in my family. 4 of my 6 kids have switched to online schooling this year and I feel as though I am in need of some ‘me’ time.

  6. I actually picked up an electric guitar during the summer last year and really wish I had gotten a piano or a keyboard. I’m just looking to expand my musical playing abilities. My older sister used to play piano for the Royal Conservatory of Ontario. Would be dope to get a fam jam going down!

  7. Growing up my grandparents had an electronic organ. I always loved playing around, making what I thought were songs. Now with kids of my own I’d love to be able to let them add music to their made up songs (headphones and maybe soundproofing will soon follow).

  8. I would be most likely to learn a new instrument. I have had a ukulele sitting around here all year but hardly touched it. I would love to take piano lessons on a new keyboard (since I was taking them pre-pandemic and renting a keyboard!). I miss the motivation.

  9. Myself. Ever since I retired, I have put off playing the piano for one reason or another. Having a portable keyboard CDP-S350 would be so more convenient.

  10. It would be me that learns how to play a new instrument. Ive been interested in some very exotic stringed instruments lately.

  11. My daughter is currently learning taking private violin classes and I would love to play the piano alongside with her to best improve her learning.

  12. My son and i will learn and enjoy, been wanting to learn forever. An 88 key would be awesome for recovering from these covid blues.

  13. Me… I’m a 55 year old man who has always wanted to play an instrument like the piano. Back when I was a kid tge technology wasnt there so playing the piano was a huge investment that my parrnts simlly could not indulge. Casio keyboards mean that the dream is now accesible to all. Its never too late to fulfill your dreams!!

  14. My Daughter is actually taking piano lessons and I’ve been playing piano for almost 20 years. This would be amazing to win as my current piano is worn and not the most functional at the moment. What a great set of prizes good luck everyone!

  15. My son Oliver is asking and hoping to learn piano this year while being stuck at home due to COVID-19.

  16. My three son’s will be learning piano, hopefully on the piano like the great Casio ones you are giving away!

  17. I’ve been eyeing the Casio CDP-S350 for awhile as I’d like to learn how to play the piano along with my 3 kids. My oldest 10 year son just started to learn how to play the guitar and my 2 daughters have in an interest in learning how to play the piano. Winning this great digital piano would be a great way to start 2021. Good luck to all and thanks Best Buy!

  18. I would really love to learn how to play the piano with the Casio keyboard. Casio hardware is the best

  19. I would learn it as I’m a percussionist so learning another instrument would be an asset plus I’m hoping it has percussion built in.

  20. Since my niece just finished her CHEMO things are starting to look up and now she could finally play keyboard….Hopefully the CDP-S350 will be the one for her. GOOD LUCK ALL!!

  21. I would love to learn to play the piano, and there will probably never be a better time to do it with covid keeping us close to home. Thanks for the opportunity!

  22. Thank you. I was very proud of my eldest for teaching herself some violin (which is a very complicated instrument and not really the sort to be self-taught). I would love to learn the doumbek. My two daughters have had piano lessons – a portable system would be great – they could take it to their rooms (and our old piano cuts their fingers as the edge of the keys are chipped).

  23. I would teach my fiancé how to play and get back to playing piano. I haven’t played in over 10 years, would love to get back into it.

  24. My niece is growing up quickly and my sister would love to start her on piano lessons. The talent runs in the family.

  25. I would love getting back into piano! An 88-key would be great to reconnect with an instrument I haven’t touched since childhood.
