Adding a monitor, like the many types from ASUS, to your home computing environment is the easiest way to boost productivity and make gaming more fun. Going from one monitor to two opens up even more possibilities. So consider what your life will be like if you win this three monitor set up that we are giving away in this contest.
How does adding a monitor change how your work and play
What would you do with more screen real estate? My wife and I were discussing this yesterday as I was making notes for this article. As a teacher tasked with doing online instruction for the first time in her life, she had no trouble seeing the benefits of three monitors. She’d put Zoom on one, for her video interaction during her classes, put her Google Forms assignments and quizzes on another screen, and use the 3rd screen for Microsoft Teams or email depending on which class she had at the time. Rather than flipping from one application to another on the single screen she currently uses, she would have them all right in front making her work so much easier.
Multi monitors are a gamer’s dream environment
I actually sent this contest prize to reviewer Dave Neufeld to test (that’s his photo at the top of this article!). Dave correctly points out that we are chronic multi-taskers (as my wife’s situation above supports) and having extra real estate helps a lot! But he also tested it for gaming and found that this particular set up with three amazing ASUS 27″ VG279QM TUF gaming monitors, connected using the ASUS ROG Bezel-Free Kit to give the illusion of a seamless appearance between each individual monitor is very impressive.
The winner of this contest will get all three monitors and the Bezel-Free kit! Read carefully the rest of this article so you don’t miss out on a chance to win.
How to enter
Entering this contest is easy but you can enter only once below and once on Dave’s review article. Yes that is correct you can enter twice in total. In your comment you must state how you will use the extra screen space. Will you dedicate one screen to photoshop, one to email … what will you do with three 27-inch screens in front of you!
What you can win
At the end of this contest I will draw one winner who will receive three ASUS 27″ VG279QM TUF gaming monitors and the ASUS ROG Bezel-Free Kit.
This contest runs from April 3rd until April 20th.
Remember you can enter once below this article and once below Dave review article for a total of two entries (as is usual for our contests, entering more than one comment at each location is not permitted).

Good luck
Web browser. Netflix. Work.
I would use the extra monitor to watch youtube videos while using the main to browse the web.
One for emails and one for Youtube
I will use one screen for the IDE, one for browser and the last one for social networks.
I hope I win please pick me I don’t have anything at home please
I would dedicate the multi monitor setup to allow for me and my bro to play multiplayer games side by side and for the third one to run school work, emails, browsing the web etc.
one will be for gaming and the other for more gaming
Emails, Games, Documents
One Screen for playing a video game and the other for social networking or emails.
One for emails, one for Netflix
Emails and spreadsheets.
I would use the extra space to watch videos.
I will use the extra screen space by using one screen for drafting work documents, one screen for emails and one screen for music videos. My son said he will use all three screens for gaming.
I will use it to review my clients’ training videos.
One for work, one for Netflix and 1 for you tube
I normally like to leave an extra window open for game help, maps and such.
Honestly you can never have enough screen real estate. I’d replace the laptop screen i’m using now as with this one so i don’t have to keep hunching over to see things
I use the extra screen space to keep extra open windows. I can have my browser open in one, my email in another, and a document (excel, word, powerpoint, etc.) I’m working on in another assuming I have that many “panes”.
Work on one and Netflix on another
Currently using 2… 3 would be awsome for my family tree research
This setup would be great to use with a flight simulator.
I’d use it for work, one window for my IDE and text editor, one window for my communication mechanisms such as Teams, Slack, Email, and one for documentation, JIRA, GitHub. Thanks so much!
That looks awesome! Sadly, I would use it for work.
This would be great for those days when tasks are greater than time allows, I would score points with the grandson….I’d have to wrestle him for my computer. LOL
I would use it for video games.
Thats a crazy setup, perfect for our current quarantine routine: working in the morning and gaming in the afternoon 🙂
I would use it for the very lame comparing documents purpose! My husband and our kid would love it for gaming though!
Video games and streaming media
Would have the middle set up for gaming/main browsing. Have one of the side ones set up with discord/teamspeak and any media program. Last screen would be for browsing as well while gaming.
I would use 1 for gaming, 1 for work and the other for youtube
I’d use one screen for email, one for video games and one for youtube. Thanks for the awesome giveaway!
Awesome. Email on one screen. Processing work on another. Solitaire on the last screen. Thanks!
Awesome set up. My son would love this. The graphics, the color, the over all technology has come along way…
What an awesome package to win. Thanks Best Buy
In today’s viral time, this would be awesome for our online trivia night. We would have one dedicated to my family, the other would be the local bar running the trivia and the other would be for other things like email
One screen for email, one for excel and the middle for everything else!
1 screen for outlook. 1 for spreadsheets. 1 for word and web (accountant) :).
Love the bezel-free concept. Documents on one, email on a second and some tension relieving social media or video streaming on the third.
Video games + streaming media + browsing internet
Wow, what a nice setup.
I’d use it to flip through spreadsheets, email, and youtube. Need something to keep me interested during work.
One for streaming video/spotify, and the other 2 combined for a productive setup without the need to switch back and forth between different tabs/programs
Alright, this is amazing. These would get a ton of use in our home. My tiny humans would watch movies, hubby would play games with his friend and when it was my turn I’d use them for work. I always have a few tabs on the go and am constantly flippping back and forth to check updates or move information around. Being able to see everything all at once would make my work go so much faster!
ASUS has been making the best monitors for quite some time now. I am rocking my VG248QE with 1ms and it’s high time that I deserve this upgrade. Pick me BestBuy!
Going to Crossfire and eventually in September 2020!!
Left: Cyberpunk 2077
Mid: Cyberpunk 2077
Right: Cyberpunk 2077
I would use it for Zoom and using a excel spreadsheets.
One screen for email, one for a streaming movie, one for my work.
It would help boost the productivity of my wife working from home durning the day, emails/internet/documents/excel. Then be wonderful for me for working with photo editing programs or just when I get in my gaming.
Right now this would be great for my kids. One for video classes with teachers, one for working on assignments and one for text book, google or other learning resources.
I would use the extra space for a more immerse gaming environment. In my current environment, it will be:
1 screen for e-mails, 1 screen for my gaming and 1 screen for all other programs.
Rocking 3 monitors will allow me to multi-task when working from home and supporting all of our remote staff. When not engaged in work I may fire up a game or two and completely immerse myself in the game worlds. Thanks for the chance to win!
